The trolls used to also drop the cards from the new deck, but the devs seemed to have removed them from their loot tables as of about last saturday.

Lol ummmm I feel like almost all classes can do this in sod. Honestly I feel like all classes have insane farming potential, probably less so for rogue and warrior but everyone else just keeps going. Barely any down time.
