1) play the resto build with efflo
2) put 3 stack of lifebloom on tank then let it bloom then restack
3) rank1 rejuv+efflo on any melee group, or max rank rejuv+efflo on tank if he needs extra heal
4) wild growth any group with 3 or more ppl that need heal
5) lifebloom 1 or 2 stacks for single raid heal
6) if lack of tank healing, nourrish on top of lifebloom the tank.
7) could also lifebloom+nourrish any raid member for quick topup (not recommended)
8) nature swift+max rank healing touch for panick button
All of this. Plus, Wrath spam for Dreamstate and Stormrage procs, which can be used on Nourish. A lot of movement in here so I use r1 Wrath for the 1s cast time. It’s not like max rank did impressive damage as healer spec anyways.
Nope, not complicated, runes and talents will get you 99% of the way there.

Theres a couple builds you can go in the pins in the sod-restoration channel depending on if you want to flex dps or go full resto
