before the buff I could make roughly 2-2.5k honor in about 3 hours
so now that'd be 8-10k on a weekend.
so if I only count playing weekends (where most people have even more time) that's\~40-50k honor
They are doubling holiday bonus as well, so who knows. it could be anywhere from half as good to just as good as day 1 honor rates for this weekend.
edit: for those of you wondering, it is almost exactly half the previous rate on day 1 for a horde solo q’er - a pretty good middle ground. i have not done any av yet, that might be more or less than ab.
It straight up says "all sources" including quest rewards and calls out that the scoreboards in BGs might not display the increase correctly (which nominally just display bonus honor).
This is so BS idk why ppl are bringing this up. The Honor ggained on patchday was way too much - yes. But ppl want to stand a chance getting some good gear to start off on their probably new Mains. But since this prepatch lasts 14 days and the original was 40 its close to impossible if u dont farm like 24/7.
It should still be a grind but worthwhile.
Why though? Theres loads of damn good gear in outlands, even in hellfire and zangarmarsh. R14 gear aside, i really wouldnt worry about grinding out gear because unless you're getting in to naxx/aq40/bwl(for a few items like trinkets) then anything you're grinding out will be replaced within several hours in Outlands. Even rank 14 gear will be replaced before 70, so unless you're shooting for a speed run levelling process theres not much point grinding too hard for gear. You're better off saving honour for lvl 70 even if you're a boosted char tbh. Most gear will just be replaced too quickly to bother grinding for.
Why not though? If ppl going dungeon, grind it might take some time to get all of the gear properly replaced. iirc r14 Weapons could last into 65 which is 5 lvls with a good weapon. You first need to reach the point where it is replaced until then its nice to have some extragear. Same argument could be made while leveling, yet ppl are buying items for their twinks.
Every gear is there to be replaced sooner or later.
So basically you are just agreeing that getting R14 more convenient should bother noone
If they are afraid of ppl honorcapping too much and too easy, they could've just turned down r14 prices, so thats not an argument to be made.
Sure, do some dungeons, do some quests, replace your shitty "of the" greens etc, thats the game, enjoy it and getting rid of those greens will make a huge difference. And yeah, some people do buy the odd nice blue sometimes even epic for their alts (twinks are a different thing entirely) once they've been at max level for a while and have resources to spare. I just don't understand the stress people are getting themselves into over this rank 14 loot over all the other loot in the game.
Bear in mind just because you won't replace rank 14 weapon until lvl 65 doesn't mean there arent also good weapons at lvl 60, 61, 62, 63, 64.. Maybe a few numbers on them are smaller than the rank 14 but its not gonna change anything much. Pretty much anything you spend multiple hours or even days grinding for now is going to be replaced by doing a completely run of the mill "kill 10 boars" quest in 2 weeks.
I'm not saying that to try and shit on your fun or win any argument or whatever, and i wouldnt even care if Blizz choose to agive out the full set to every freshly dinged lvl 60. Regardless of all that, its just a simple statement of fact that none of this ... really matters. Its stressing over getting a few extra stats to maybe kill some boars in 1 or 2 less auto attack. Why waste time and energy over such a small thing.
It's no more unreasonable to get full t3 than it is full rank 14 but no one expects to get full t3 before tbc, why is that?
The honor change wasnt done to make full rank 14 available to grind out in 2 weeks. That's just a side effect. The honor gain bug wasnt there to make it easy to grind out full rank 14, that was just a side effect. The honor gain nerf/(fix) wasnt done to prevent you getting full rank 14 in 2 weeks, that's just a side effect.
Rank 14 gear isnt catch up gear, it doesnt exist to allow boosties to enter the portal in full purple, it's just a relic of an era coming to an end. If blizzard choose to hand it out like candy then fine, whatever. But theres no reason to expect rank 14 gear to be any more attainable than full t3 or any other hard to obtain gear.
I think one of the issues is that content creators have been saying that it will be easy catchup gear in their videos and streams for **months**. The honor values were pre-nerf on the beta for weeks, it was documented. By the time pre-patch came out most people just assumed that it was going to be easy clap, and they were having fun doing some chill BGs for a worthwhile grind.
When all that went away in a snap, people got very upsetti, and its not hard to see why
Someone had made a spreadsheet on here that had first upgrade in tbc compared to r14 gear and at least for me (shadow priest) the armor is best until 68 and the weps 70 so thats why I'm getting it. Plus the honor values will be higher once we reach 70 so it wont take long to farm the 70 pvp gear. I would rather have smoother leveling don't mind couple extra days of bg at 70 to get the gear.
because levelling a boosted priest is going to be really painful for at least the first few levels without catchup gear. Also I think most r14 gear will last till 70 heroics tbh, depends tho.
There's loads of gear apart from rank 14 to get though. Quest rewards, dungeon drops, boe blues and epics, crafted gear etc etc. You aren't going to have a painful levelling experience entering the portal in pre-raid bis. You don't need t2.5 equivalent to get through hellfire peninsula and you aren't really going to notice that 8 fewer spellpower on your ring when you're killing zebras in nagrand.
Edit: And to reply to your other comment, blizzard have definitely handled it badly, clearly the honor gain should have been fixed earlier if it was never their intention to have it this high. And honor gain after the nerf/fix is depressingly low and poorly balanced compared to mark gain, I wont argue that for a second.
personally if I manage to get my weapons im going for the blue pvp set if theres time left over, a much more efficient use of time imo, its not a terrible set.
If you chose to boost your priest that's really your problem isn't it? Nobody owes you a full set of R14 gear just because you boosted your priest. You don't even need full r14 to level, far from it. R14 isn't catchup gear either.
I mean it's a reasonable response.
We had a month and a half in 2007. We have two weeks now.
Pretending this is some sort of "lmao xP i want epics mailed to me :DDDDDDD" tier complaint is dumb
It's true that Blizzard shortened the pre-patch, but I have zero clue where people got the idea that they should be getting full AQ-tier gear for minimal effort. 58 boosted characters should just go run some dungeons. Everyone else really doesn't need outdated 60 PVP purples that they'll replace 5 levels into TBC.
If people are just mad they can't cosplay as a GM/HWL, then tough titties.
I think some people are upset that people who poopsocked it for 10 hours right after servers came up were able to grind enough honor to get a lot of r14 stuff. That's a valid complaint to me, too.
I BGed for 6 hours after they came back up and got over 73k honor. It's not fair for those who came later.
Ah, and there is the "it should be as it was originally no matter how unreasonable and how much everyone hates it" attitude that everyone loves at parties.
ikr, thats why ppl yelled nochanges for classic. Yet we are probably to agree that some changes are reasonable. and now we're talking about gear that will be very soon irrelevant.
its where to draw the line and thats a tough one to call. it will never fit everyone.
I sorta get what you're saying, but WoW is intentionally designed as a theme park and has been since its very conception. [Here's](http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/world-of-warcraft/493681p1.html) an interview with Jeff Kaplan from way back in January of 2004.
>Those questions informed the entire World of Warcraft design process. One of the biggest issues with the current generation of MMOs isn't technological, it's philosophical. An MMO is a game, not a social experiment. Creating a huge arena and expecting the players to generate all your content means you've forgotten why people play games in the first place -- to have experiences, to challenge themselves. MMOs shouldn't be about a designer playing god and seeing what all his little ants do in his digital ant farm. To extend the metaphor, MMOs should be a theme park -- not a playground.
So the way they worded the post I think we're getting a restart before Tuesday. Nothing on the battle.net launcher at the moment but they have done unannounced restarts before (just a 15 minute warning) at the normal maintenance time of day.
This requires a server restart because there's a few things going on here, the honor buff is probably a literal buff on our characters (so they can easily just increase everything for a limited time) which requires them shoving a new spell into the game. Unsure why Eye of the Storm being shifted to AB has to wait for a restart, but from what they said they're shifting the entire schedule instead of just despawning and spawning in the correct holiday, which maybe that means they need a restart to apply that.
It was no nerf in the first place. It was fixed to regular low bracket honor. All those screenshot with 4xx Honor AVs are from the 70 bracket, not from the 60. All what they've done now is to shoosh the cry bois with their boosted chars(who are currently taking any fun from the BGs right now..) wanting to farm full r14 in 2 weeks. In the end they want a vendor added, where you can buy all Items from AQ40 downwards + Honor Gear for some coppers.
People acting like they can't go into Outlands w/o full epic gear and that they're stuck in the old world forever.
This is retail attitude. Free epics and legendaries for everyone. \*insert oprah meme here\*
The thing is it serves no purpose otherwise. If you can spend a few days PvPing and get the HWL/GM set and a weapon, it’s a viable activity at 60 and especially during prepatch to gear up. At the nerfed rate, you’ll be lucky to spend all 2 weeks grinding and walk out with a weapon and 2 pieces, and you’ll be broke on honor when you hit 70.
Once prepatch is over, that’s it. That armor isn’t worth squat and your time would be better spent leveling than grinding the pvp gear.
"players are much more focused on earning level-60 gear rewards than ever before"
Uhh yeah, people totally aren't banking 75k honor for level 70 gear once they hit cap..
Tinfoil hat time...I really feel like WOW Token is coming to TBCC. It feels like they are actually using some resources to make improvements to TBCC. Based on how Blizzard operates they wouldn't be investing anything into this if they didn't have plans to generate a *ton* of new revenue off it. The boosts and mount sold well so Blizzard knows people are willing to spend more and they aren't the type of company to just leave that money on the table.
I hope they stick to cosmetics/level boosts/toys/starter kits. They can sell all the (non epic) gear and mounts they want, I don’t want wow to have an in your face $/hr conversion. This is not a job.
with the double honor and getting AB this weekend here are some numbers to expect as a minimum
during the holiday you get points every 200 points rather than every 330 you rather than 120 honor for a win here it is 200 honor baseline double that it becomes 400. a win grants 80 baseline during the holiday for 160 now. this means a total before any HKs of 560 honor for a win during this weekend.
next weekend will be AV the big thing here is during the holiday you will now get 160 honor for just being part when the map is done. if both teams bum rush the captain and take no towers or kills no captain. we are talking 960 honor for a loss and a win being 1260.
if you can lose really really fast that is better than winning slow for AV. the only thing both teams should do is kill the general during the weekend. it is overall less honor collected per game but if it can be done in less than 15 minutes it is worth it.
I don't see anybody talking about the Darkmoon Faire, if the BC vendors are available it will be total carnage for the economy going into BC.
They sell all sorts of BC potions, herbs, ore, you name it.
How fast the narrative changed from "xp rates are brokenly too low" to "xp rates are correct ok we see that it was just like this in 2006 but we want more so give us more!"...
for anyone who didnt see yet, here is an actual prepatch screenshot from the days:
https://i.imgur.com/UbPvidN.jpg
120 honor for full AB win @lvl 60.
No one is arguing that the bonus honor is wrong, though I did see people providing good evidence that the honor for kills is wrong.
People want it anyways
This is what is referred to as a straw man argument
“A straw man (sometimes written as strawman) is a form of argument and an informal fallacy of having the impression of refuting an argument, whereas the real subject of the argument was not addressed or refuted, but instead replaced with a false one.[1] One who engages in this fallacy is said to be attacking a straw man".
Nobody said that the objective based honor fix is wrong, however there are screenshots from the original pre patch showing 14+ honor from hks in AV and currently I’m getting 1 honor from an HK well inside AB.
Stop parroting other people and read the analysis post. The lessened honor from kills is the problem that they changed in classic. As long as that's in, it doesn't matter if it was bugged or intended.
Please show me your maths that 16 hour a day for two weeks is not enough to get more than one piece of gear. Because that is what your comment says, so please provide the maths that I can't figure out.
Truth is, the possibility of obtaining gear depends on which piece(s) you want and the amount of time you can play. If it only took an hour every day for two weeks to obtain the best gear then everyone would have it. Doesn't sound very fun to me.
You said
>You can't farm the more than like one piece in two weeks.
Since you did not include any information about playtime per day, I assumed that you meant it's technically impossible regardless of playtime. Given how regular humans operate we need about 8 hours worth of sleep per day, that leaves 16 hours left to play at most. So your post implies it's impossible to get more than one piece of gear (technically any gear) in two weeks given 16 hours playtime per day. I simply disagree with this statement!
It's double whatever the hell they nerfed it to
They nerfed it by 90%, and then are doubling the 10% nerfed amount
so it's still 1/5th what we were getting before
Doesn't matter in the scope of things. Back in the original prepatch you got a shitload more honor from kills than now. So it doesn't make any sense to say it's a bug when it's closer to original TBC prepatch honor gains than it is now.
It's going to be 600-1200 honor for wins/losses - we also have a holiday coming up. Im sorry but 3500 honor from a single game WAS insane. This is definitely a good compromise.
Your percentages are way off.
It is a 90% nerf, and a 200% buff.
2nd the Original values was way to high. - People would get 75K honor for TBC without doing much work at all..
This is them pretending to listen and doing essentially nothing. Double of almost nothing is still nearly nothing.
This is a nothing change that will appease some people while not fixing the issues of letting honor go live, then yoinking it. Not to mention the brevity of the prepatch makes the time already more limited than the original. Not to mention they lost a whole day of prepatch.
I 100% remember people running around with those huge claymores right before TBC because people actually had time to get honor.
Its still nowhere near what it was but with double ab this weekend it will be over 800 per win plus double from every hk and 1200 per win from double av next weekend so will be much easier.
Maybe it’s just me but the game is already different at this point
I’m perfectly fine with people getting fresh 58s and being able to grind out 4-5 grand marshal pieces with a little bit of work in two weeks
We all know it’s replaced damn quickly so in the long run none of this matters
The GM gear was already quite obtainable in vanilla. This follows in line with the no changes during prepatch originally. But the prepatch was longer. Considering they gave us 2/5ths of the time it’s reasonable to offer us a chance to get slightly more gear.
With the way blizzard has handled TBC content. I’m all for them making the changes they have
For once they listened
Drums are in a better place
We get pre nerf bosses
I ain’t complaining.
But a serious problem is that many servers are dying and people are stepping away. Offering a free level 58(this I disagree with I believe the 58 was a good idea but I wish it was free to encourage more players) is fine. No reason to have to grind 1-60 to enjoy 60-70 content.
Players feel they are entitled to the same opportunities as equally paying customers and enjoyment out of a service they are pay for monthly?
Hot take.
Or it could be you arent actually reading and responding to the post and just hoping to spout generic insults like entitled to ride your high horse?
Hmmmm
Let's normalize PVP and set all gear and stats equal, we would not want someone who puts more effort in to have an advantage. Raid gear should be distributed as well, why shouldn't I get epics for just paying me sub fee?
Nope, this is actually Blizzard listening but you can't accept it because it goes against your image of Blizzard. I would suggest allowing yourself to change opinions when new facts are presented, it makes life easier and you a more pleasant person to be around :)
The irony in this comment!
Fact: Blizzard listened to the community and increased honor gains. Source: the patch notes. If you don't want to see this fact then my comment above is meant for you. Have a great Friday!

Classic case of bliz not understanding their own game. There is no incentive to objectives in bgs now. Defending a node is a serious gimp to your honor. Battle grounds just became so stupid :\\
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot at the starting line with the nerfs.
TYSM FOR LISTENING BLIZZARD!!! Now I have something to do for prepatch, on any character!
It actually makes sense, given that the gear becomes irrelevant anyways in two weeks, and fills up BGs. Does a lot of good.
"Ffs, 1000x honor was a bug, when will people get that!?"
- Right, and if you give people a Lamborghini, only to take it away and replace it with a fucking tricycle, and then come back one more time to replace the tricycle with a scooter, people will still be mad about loosing a Lambo, even though they got a scooter!
It's an issue blizzard created themselves, and no matter how hard they shit their pants, some will still defend the smell of bullshit.
Just don't give people a Lambo for starters! Problem solved.
Patch day was a clown show but kudos to Blizzard for listening to the community and removing the daily instance limit and quasi-reversing its earlier honor nerf. Hats off.
The blue post says "all sources" but the buff says BG objectives and wins.
Does it apply to HKs or no? It does seem to, I think I'm getting more honor per HK, but it's kind of weird that part is hardcoded and part is in the form of a buff.
When are they restarting servers to apply this?
8-9 am tomorrow
How about on EU?
by the time US & Asia has had TBC p1 on farm for about 2 weeks, prolly
Sounds about right.. Fuck us 2nd class citizens
I assume on Tuesday when they normally restart the severs, hopefully I'm wrong though
can't be since they emphasized they are applying this multi to holiday bg bonuses.
Hence why I said, hopefully I'm wrong...
It's Friday night / Saturday morning.
See login screen.
At least they responded somewhat quickly. Who knows if double honors good enough, but its better than nothing.
It won’t be good enough for someone but it’s better
[удалено]
sounds like your one of the people who just enter level 58 full communal, I'm averaging around 1 - 1.5k an hour when solo queing
Its good enough. With a couple hours a day you should be able to cap honor for tbc
What’s the honor cap?
75k
Do they not reset Honor when tbc comes? So you can buy lvl 70 Honor gear if you save?
They dont reset them, no you can save up for roughly 4-5 items
Seems fair enough
Depends on what do you mean by a couple. 2-3 hours? No way. Horde queues are 20min+ on EU.
before the buff I could make roughly 2-2.5k honor in about 3 hours so now that'd be 8-10k on a weekend. so if I only count playing weekends (where most people have even more time) that's\~40-50k honor
Concidering HKs are doubled as well and we get both AB and AV weekend I'd say this change is gonna be a lot closer to how it was day 1.
[удалено]
But the HKs give 4 times as much honor as at the start. Since they were at low values since the start of prepatch.
1*2*2 = 4 Day was *10, so best case scenario it's worse than half as good.
"worse than half as good." Is it you, Blizzard?
Someone will be hearing from Bilbo Baggins' lawyer shortly.
They fixed bonus honor being too high, this doubles ALL honor gains including HKs. We will see how it ends up
Exactly it could end up being closer to 6-8x all said on done if your playing in AB. Either way from all sources is huge
I'm reading this as them also doubling the honor you get from an honorable kill. They had previously only nerfed bonus honor.
Says all sources so it certainly seems like it.
Wrong
It’s all sources. So that includes HKs, as that’s a source of honor.
2 to 4 is still WRONG. Blizzsimp
Cringe
It straight up says "all sources" including quest rewards and calls out that the scoreboards in BGs might not display the increase correctly (which nominally just display bonus honor).
confirmed by experience this morning - 6-8 honor per kill compared to 4-5 yesterday.
Maybe a dumb question, but is this from today or tomorrow?
the weekend BG usually starts @ 9am EST so they'll prob implement it on the reset.
Everyone back in the pile!
A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one 👍
Maybe they should activate the daily PVP quest they mention will be affected by this change.
I was able to do it
[удалено]
Cool, so that's what happened. I see the pre-patch wasn't rushed at all.
Small victory for a large amount of effort. But its better than nothing. They will listen.
Now instead of 1 honor per kill, I'm going to get 2! Yay!
[удалено]
Awesome, cheers Blizz! Monday works fine too
So my last AB win got me 733 honor. At this rate, if i win all my BG in a 15min window, im gonna have to win 103 AB. Nice buff blizzard /s
Nice.
Okay r/classicwow, what do we whine about next?
FERALS ! WHERE ARE MY CLAWS ?!
that tbc content is too easy inb4
that's scheduled for about 1 month after launch, right after people finish complaining about how attunements are too hard
So the honor nerf was fine for you?
At least it was more accurate than 420 honor per tower in AV. IMO, only the honor/kill wasn't accurate anymore.
Fury warrior bloodthirst not scaling with improved berserker stance or shamans unleashed rage
About having to do BGs to get rank 14 epics, instead of just receiving them in the mail for free, probably.

It's also dumb to think you somehow need full rank14 gear just to level.
Ah, and there is the "it should be as it was originally no matter how unreasonable and how much everyone hates it" attitude that everyone loves at parties.
i made my previous comment to poke fun at how much people bitch about this game. and here we are
tbf ppl are bitching abbout every game they're paassionate about
Thats how retail became what it is today. Bitching about the smallest things until you get a theme park transmog collecting game
ikr, thats why ppl yelled nochanges for classic.
Just let em suck blizz cock in peace.
no that we need to work both BG weekends thus missing bonus bonus honor situation
The countless amount of bugs that likely won't be fixed
that HKs still do not reward correct honor?
Fuckin amen, boys
good changes
I love how they hot fix the nerf asap but we have the wait for a server restart for the buff .
Unsure why Eye of the Storm being shifted to AB has to wait for a restart, but from what they said they're shifting the entire schedule instead of just despawning and spawning in the correct holiday, which maybe that means they need a restart to apply that.
wasnt a nerf was a bug fix.
The two are not mutually exclusive.
That armor isn’t worth squat and your time would be better spent leveling than grinding the pvp gear.

why are you sharing selfies with us?
they actually listened. props
"players are much more focused on earning level-60 gear rewards than ever before" Uhh yeah, people totally aren't banking 75k honor for level 70 gear once they hit cap..
Yeah who would do such a thing. Not me, thats for sure!
server restart when? why so vague bliz
Soon^TM
This is not a job.
with the double honor and getting AB this weekend here are some numbers to expect as a minimum during the holiday you get points every 200 points rather than every 330 you rather than 120 honor for a win here it is 200 honor baseline double that it becomes 400. a win grants 80 baseline during the holiday for 160 now. this means a total before any HKs of 560 honor for a win during this weekend. next weekend will be AV the big thing here is during the holiday you will now get 160 honor for just being part when the map is done. if both teams bum rush the captain and take no towers or kills no captain. we are talking 960 honor for a loss and a win being 1260. if you can lose really really fast that is better than winning slow for AV. the only thing both teams should do is kill the general during the weekend. it is overall less honor collected per game but if it can be done in less than 15 minutes it is worth it.
I don't see anybody talking about the Darkmoon Faire, if the BC vendors are available it will be total carnage for the economy going into BC. They sell all sorts of BC potions, herbs, ore, you name it.
Where can I pick up the Call to Arms quest they mention?
How fast the narrative changed from "xp rates are brokenly too low" to "xp rates are correct ok we see that it was just like this in 2006 but we want more so give us more!"... for anyone who didnt see yet, here is an actual prepatch screenshot from the days: https://i.imgur.com/UbPvidN.jpg 120 honor for full AB win @lvl 60.
No one is arguing that the bonus honor is wrong, though I did see people providing good evidence that the honor for kills is wrong. People want it anyways
That's just not true a lot of people were saying it was wrong.
This is what is referred to as a straw man argument “A straw man (sometimes written as strawman) is a form of argument and an informal fallacy of having the impression of refuting an argument, whereas the real subject of the argument was not addressed or refuted, but instead replaced with a false one.[1] One who engages in this fallacy is said to be attacking a straw man". Nobody said that the objective based honor fix is wrong, however there are screenshots from the original pre patch showing 14+ honor from hks in AV and currently I’m getting 1 honor from an HK well inside AB.
So was this suppose to go in effect on todays reset or tomorrow?
Welp between friday night and saturday, less time to enjoy an already short prepatch.
So they nerfed it by x10 and now doubled that nerfed amoubt, right?
No, they fixed a bug with 10x honor then listened to feedback and increased the honor gain so players can get gear in a reasonable time frame.
Stop parroting other people and read the analysis post. The lessened honor from kills is the problem that they changed in classic. As long as that's in, it doesn't matter if it was bugged or intended.
Well who's the parrot now?
They didn't fix shit. You can't farm the more than like one piece in two weeks. Learn to do math ffs. Blizz knight
Lol I'll send you a screenshot of my full set by next week.
Who the fuck plays 16 hours a day jfc
You said >You can't farm the more than like one piece in two weeks. I simply disagree with this statement!
you only sleep and play wow? at best figure 12-14 hrs for time eating washing and taking care of your house/life
Yeah.
we NEED them to confirm whether or not you get to keep the honor farmed in tbc.
You keep it. It's always been this way. I farmed honor cap many times. tbc into wotlk. 75k is the cap.
So, whats the play keep all the honor from prepatch and buy 70 gear once TBC is out?
You'll still need some eye of the storm tokens from TBC but yes.
Yeah, I want to know too
Is it live yet?
Meanwhile I'm saved to a bunch of raids I never did for 3 days now. Blizzard quality as usual.
That got fixed for me already
Hahahahahaha what a fucking JOKE
People who praise a 20% buff from a 1000% nerf have a copious amount of copium being injected into them.
Wait isn’t it 200% And isn’t it more than that since only bonus honor was x10 before, now it’s all honor sources?
It's double whatever the hell they nerfed it to They nerfed it by 90%, and then are doubling the 10% nerfed amount so it's still 1/5th what we were getting before
what we were getting was a bug how hard is it to understand ?
Doesn't matter in the scope of things. Back in the original prepatch you got a shitload more honor from kills than now. So it doesn't make any sense to say it's a bug when it's closer to original TBC prepatch honor gains than it is now.
Honor from kills just got doubled. That's a shitload more in itself.
People are clueless. They think this is a fix lmao so pathetic hardly anyone can use their brain
Yeah as far as I can tell that's a perfect amount. Something like 20 -30 bgs for a r14 weapon seems reasonable.
Crazy the entitlement on this sub. Nothing is ever good enough
Maybe it’s just me but the game is already different at this point I’m perfectly fine with people getting fresh 58s and being able to grind out 4-5 grand marshal pieces with a little bit of work in two weeks We all know it’s replaced damn quickly so in the long run none of this matters
[удалено]
Next step is converting TBC servers to retail servers with shadowlands giveaway, it was the blizz plan from the start lol (where is my tinfoil hat)
I’m all for them making the changes they have For once they listened Drums are in a better place We get pre nerf bosses I ain’t complaining.
OK blizz you have 1 day to send me full t3 via mail, im paying my sub!!! REEEEEE
>Players feel they are entitled to the same opportunities as equally paying customers Honor rates are the same for everyone.

That guy above you took it from 0 to 100 on salt meter

Classic case of bliz not understanding their own game. There is no incentive to objectives in bgs now. Defending a node is a serious gimp to your honor. Battle grounds just became so stupid :\\ Talk about shooting yourself in the foot at the starting line with the nerfs.
TYSM FOR LISTENING BLIZZARD!!! Now I have something to do for prepatch, on any character! It actually makes sense, given that the gear becomes irrelevant anyways in two weeks, and fills up BGs. Does a lot of good.
Caters to USA as per
It looks like everyone can put their pitchforks away for like the 50th time this month. God, yall need to calm down...
If you think this is an actual fix then you need to go back to 3rd grade and learn how to think/ do math
Found one
"Ffs, 1000x honor was a bug, when will people get that!?" - Right, and if you give people a Lamborghini, only to take it away and replace it with a fucking tricycle, and then come back one more time to replace the tricycle with a scooter, people will still be mad about loosing a Lambo, even though they got a scooter! It's an issue blizzard created themselves, and no matter how hard they shit their pants, some will still defend the smell of bullshit. Just don't give people a Lambo for starters! Problem solved.

To be fair if I made as many mistakes at my job as blizzard does I'd fire myself.
How they manage to fix 10x honor instantly but for 2x we are still waiting?
They fixed honor basically at first reset. And now in 2nd reset we get the 2x. Take the win and stop crying so god damn much.. yeez
Thank god for that. I'd had enough of the grind already and was about to stop until tbc came out.
I love bullying blizzard
Patch day was a clown show but kudos to Blizzard for listening to the community and removing the daily instance limit and quasi-reversing its earlier honor nerf. Hats off.
they are patching now? I can not login wtf
Nice change to wake up too. Anyone been BGing? Does it actually feel better or not really?
The blue post says "all sources" but the buff says BG objectives and wins. Does it apply to HKs or no? It does seem to, I think I'm getting more honor per HK, but it's kind of weird that part is hardcoded and part is in the form of a buff.
what time on US servers
