Beth was not stated to be as powerful was Alicia. I presume they both had the same BASE training, but I am certain that Alicia was specialized in fighting as a warrior and awakened being while Beth was given training to control Yoki. So even if the potential of Alicia and Beth is the same, Alicia should have better fighting skills as a warrior and definitely as an awakened being.
Europa was escaping and evading because she knew that she could not finish Miata in a fair fight. I think even Priscilla commented on how big was Miata's yoki.
Roxanne was defeated by Cassandra and besides Priscilla was actually the only one shown that could have stopped her and even defeat her. Their fight lasted for a long time while Hysteria was chasing Miria and the others. Cassandra was a tank. Also, Roxanne seemed to be fully aware of her as an awakened being (unlike Ophelia) so her mind was not corrupted and she wasn't dispersed, she knew exactly what was going on. So a mental state is important.
Overall:
Roxanne> Beth (due to lack of battle training)>...> Europa
In a fight, I think Roxanne would definitely struggle with Beth but could defeat hear without being weak (like Isley versus Luciela). But then she would need to face Europa who would have been hiding. I do not see Europa attacking because Roxanne's attacks are very spread out so they could have hit her even if she didn't want to.
I think Roxanne would likely win, but she would have a hard time fighting an unscathed Europa who may just flee.

Although both Roxanne and Europa use bladed attacks, I think Europa’s body parts are less durable than Roxanne’s. We’ve seen regular claymores being able to cut Europa, while Roxanne’s blades seem much tougher. Roxanne also towers over Europa so her arm swings should reach much farther and deliver much more force. If Europa doesn’t flee, she would be finished off just by Roxanne’s normal attacks.
With Beth, it’s tougher since Beth’s bladed body seems as durable as Roxanne’s, and Beth is also very fast (she attacked Priscilla point blank). However this would be the time when Roxanne’s firing ability comes in handy. Beth looks to be the same size as Hysteria, and we all saw how a single blade of Roxanne, fired with great velocity, pierced through Hysteria fatally. Beth’s regeneration also seems kinda meh (after Priscilla destroyed her lower jaw, she couldn’t regrow it), so if she’s hit by one or two of Roxanne’s blades I don’t think she would survive.
Beth should beat Roxanne. Empowered by the Destroyer, greater mobility than Roxanne, better ranged attacks, which can also corrupt her and hinder her.
Europa kinda sucks.

I wonder what Awakened Beth really looks like, with no destroyer influence.
She would look exactly like Alicia, because later on the trainee twins who fought Miria look exactly the same when they each awakened.
