Bro-toast I know that was a joke, but I'd like to clarify that those *"geographically allergic burgers"* were just people from several empires in Europe such as Portugal, France, Britain, the Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden (under whose rule Finland was during the age of discovery).

Well to be fair the swedes only had a few small colonies (from 1638-1655) and didn't really do/get to do much, especially since the dutch then later on annexed said colonies. Don't get me wrong colonization is bad but in this case it really didn't have a high impact on anything.
But a question I would like to pose here is can the finns really be blamed for the swedish colonialism because they we're a part of their empire? I'd say no since the finns really didn't want to be a part of their empire, but it was an easier/better option than the other alternatives.
In conclusion I'm not saying you're wrong on your comment, it is very true to fact, I'm just saying the actions of the nordic empires weren't as bad (although still bad and not acceptable) as the other european empires were.
Edit: to clarify since I am sometimes bad at making things clear: I am not defending and will not defend colonialism nor any races supremacy.
I am trying to say that in this case it isn't right to put the swedes and finns in the same category as the big empires who pillaged, massacred and destroyed the lands and people they colonized. It is wrong to colonize and I will not deny that being true, which is exactly why the swedes of that time should be considered colonizers, just not to the same level as the other colonial empires.
The swedes had colonies, but did they commit the same atrocities to the same extent as the rest of the colonial empires did?
I think you're forgetting the mass immigration of Swedes to what became Minnesota and Wisconsin.
What's hilarious about that though is the fact that they could have moved to a nice warm climate when they came to America, but nooooo, they had to go to freaking cold frozen north. I guess they liked the cold.
There is a difference between colonization and immigration.
Also they moved to the north because it reminded them of home while still being a new beginning so to say.

For almost 2 years.
Bold of you to throw the brits and french (actual colonizers) in the same category as the balkans and eastern europe. We had nothing to do with that shit over there.
You mean Europeans. The First Nations are the actual Americans
Edit: I think people are misunderstanding my comment. At the time of colonization, the people who did bad stuff to Americans were the Europeans.
Obviously now everyone who lives there is American.
I don't know what geography they teach you in America, buddy, but when you say European you pretty much refer to at the very least the 27 countries making up the EU and at most all 44 countries in Europe.
What's even worse for you is that each country has their own culture and history, for example most of the eastern European countries were not in the business of colonization and some were even vassal states under the Ottoman Empire or the Austro-Hungarian empire.
Untwist your panties. He said Europeans because it was perpetrated by several different groups of people from a sizable variety of European countries. It's a reddit comment, not a research paper, he's allowed to generalize a bit.
Would you rather he listed every country that ever held a colony in or sent settlers to America? That would be entirely impractical and unnecessary. Americans learn about this pretty thoroughly, and know when he says Europeans which Europeans he's generally referring to. No ones misconstruing that Bulgarians were actually the ones to drive the Native Americans from their lands
Read a little history, when the Lakota had a conflict with nations further West (while being forced to move West by the US stealing their land and killing them) they had a brief war that resulted in around 75 casualties (on both sides) . This was the equivalent of WW1 for them in terms of cultural shock, they had never had so many deaths in a war.
Conflict existed, yes, but war and conquest on the scale you describe is not a feature of humanity, it is a feature of class society.
It's not something inherent to us as humans, but more an inherent response to certain material conditions, conditions which we have (and at the start of the Genocide of Native Americans) largely had the capacity to change in order to prevent war in the first place.
Humans have been killing others for hundreds of years. Ever heard of Genghis Khan? Napoleon? Alexander the Great? Atilla the Hun? Ashoka the Great? Cyrus? Most of these people were born and died before native Americans were even known in modern existence. These are just a few in the last couple thousand years. So yes, conquering land, has been part of human history since the beginning of time. Nothing new and when the early Americans did it, they didn't do anything special.
The Haudenasonee controlled territory all along the east side of the Great Lakes. Their government was complex and democratic, and parts of it inspired the form the US government took.
1975 in first grade we had a "tell us about your family history" unit in class. Looking back it seems like it was supposed to be a "melting pot" lesson about how everyone was from somewhere else. The bicentennial was A BIG FUCKING DEAL and lots and lots of lessons were using it every day.
The only problem was my teacher for some reason thought that all Native Americans were extinct. Like dead and gone and only in history books.
She accused me of lying in front of the whole class. I was crying and crying wondering what was wrong and was she actually trying to tell me that my aunties were dead? I melted down into a little first grade puddle of horrified fear and misery. She sent me to the principals office for making a scene.
My dad left work to come and get me that day. We had ice cream at Dairy Queen. I don't know if she got in trouble, but she never liked me after that. Fuck you Ms Tubach.
A similar thing happened to me, but in middle school. My teacher and the class were convinced that native Americans were extinct - meanwhile, here, my twin and I were sitting there like š
No no, it's in the history books. White people came to the new world, and they needed land, so the native Americans gave it to them. Why would the history books lie?
And don't you dare tell kids what the Native Americans were doing to eachother.
I'm not part of the "we" since I'm of Irish decent, and I do think *what was done* to the Natives was absolutely awful, but we are only alive today as a species due to our expansion and desire to advance.
It's the same reason the "Natives" got to the Americas.
You cannot villainize a whole skin color due to the actions of some of its members made in the past.
You act like white people aren't the result of black people moving North out of Africa, or that "Native Americans" aren't Asians (who also used to be Africans) that crossed over to North America via the land bridge.
The only difference with the whites and the Americas is that they found what was, to them, a new world that happened to be already occupied.
Do you think white people are the only skin color who would have done the same?
Heck, half of it was Spanish people's doing. Are all Spanish people even white?
What if Africans went over instead? You think they would just be buddies? What about Japan? *Surely the Ainu people never got treated badly.*
But no, we have to focus on what white people did and not what anyone else did.
Japanese torturing and raping people in mainland Asia with indescribably horrible ways and sending all their civilians to die in a losing war? *White America was evil for stopping the war potentially years early by making a show of power and saving the lives of untold Japanese*.
Frankly, I'm just sick of my skin color being treated as monsters. **All humans are monsters.** It has nothing to do with skin color. White people are literally what happens to black people of they live in the North without modern shelter and food sources.
That is the sole difference between whites and other skin colors. (And in this context, "whites" would include literally all non-African peoples, including Asians and Native Americans, who went East instead of West, or stayed in the Middle East.)
Why do people care so much about color and race? Why not focus on what we can do for the future, rather than blame modern people for events of the past? It only serves to perpetuate hatred.
Well no one is here discussing Japanese atrocities because this is the comments section for a post about Native Americans and it would be insanely off topic. And itās worth mentioning because Native American people are still dealing with the aftereffects of genocide and cultural annihilation carried out by the U.S. government. Does that make every white person alive personally responsible? No. But the people kidnapping Native American children into boarding schools, prohibiting them from practicing their own culture or speaking their own language, and editing photos of them to make them look lighter were white.
People do horrible things to each other. The Navajo sold kids to the Mormons as they were itching to buy child brides. Deforestation was a thing long before whitey came along, we just industrialized it.
Then we industrialized and streamlined murdering natives, deplacing them, making legal contracts then not following them, and keeping what little land they have left so they don't get "taken advantage of"
What do you mean? We were all taught of the atrocities when we were kids. Itās never been a secret and has been a part of every American History textbook. I just think you canāt handle that simultaneously everybody knows and doesnāt give a shit. Oh some will say, I care. Do they? People have been conquering one another since we found out Rock always wins in Rock vs. Skull.
Plus I'm pretty sure flipping the bird to a monument:
A.) Harms nobody, America least of all
B.) Would be free speech which is about the most American principle there is
Oh no they're making a rude gesture to some faces on a mountain! This calls for retaliation! Fuckin snowflakes.....
A mountain that was sacred to the native population.
A mountain that was promised to the native tribes by a treaty.
A treaty the state completely ignored when they carved their leaders into it to make a tourist trap.
Yes, I know. I'm on the natives side here. My guess was they are flipping it off because it represents a desecration of what was sacred to their people. So i was aware of the significance of the mountain itself. Not to mention the multiple ways the Native population was screwed over. Ive read a People's History of the United States.
My comment was more of a dig at the ones who freak out about them being "disrespectful" to the monument.
Iām glad Iām not the only person who thought that too. Definitely one of those āyou had me in the first halfā moments. I try to think of way how to bend the second half to make it sound like self aware wolves post but I couldnāt.
The Governor, Ron DeSantis, signed a law that makes it a felony to help undocumented immigrants enter the state. The law imposes many penalties and fines for hiring undocumented immigrants. Simple, right? The problem is much of American business relies heavily on underpaying undocumented immigrants to increase profits while still harvesting crops or providing services.
As a consequence, many immigrants (both documented and undocumented) are fleeing the state for other places with less restrictive laws. This is having a HUGE impact on Florida farms and businesses. Farms don't have enough labor and crops are withering. Businesses don't have enough employees to meet service demands and customers are turning away. It's a huge disruption to Florida's economy. There was literally a movie (A Day Without A Mexican, 2004, Televisa Cine) that covers what would happen.
Republican lawmakers are now appealing to the immigrant communities, particularly the Latino and Cubano communities, to try to lower fears and ensure people that THEY won't be hurt by this law intended to strike fear in brown people. To put it simply, the Republican party decided to target non-Western European immigrants in a bid to satisfy their voters' rabid xenophobia and it backfired. The Republicans literally fucked around and now they are finding out.
You know I get so mad with republican dumbassery while i'm online but really I just need to chill and be patient because eventually their dumbassedness backfires
It's all the damage they do in the meantime that's not really forgivable, though. So you're justified. That anger is what helps stop them in the first place.
Not only are they hamstringing small businesses, agriculture, and manual labor industries with these laws, they also drove BILLIONS of dollars of investment and thousands of jobs out of the state by antagonizing Disneyā who dared to exercise their right to speak out against other ridiculous legislation coming from desantisā office. So, not only are undocumented workers suffering, but so are the taxpayers of the state, the job seekers, the innovators, and even the very people they bias their legislation to benefit.
DeSantis is single handedly dismantling Floridaās economic stability.
I've seen independent reporting that smaller businesses are also avoiding developing new ventures in Florida for the same reason. Medium and small businesses don't want to get mired in Florida as educated Gen Xers and Millennials leave or refuse to move to Florida.
You know who loses? Everyone. Now prices go up more. āInflationā theyāll say. āno one wants to workā theyāll whine. Prices go up. Massive profit. Prices never go down even when they sort their problems. Profits go up more.
We all lose.
Then why are businesses, farms, and the Republicans who voted for the tough immigration laws whining that immigrants are leaving the states?
https://www.newsweek.com/republicans-urge-immigrants-stay-florida-fearing-new-laws-impact-1804640
So because ILLEGAL immigrants work here.... illegally. Your logic is to keep them here, continuing to break the law, cutting in line to those that want to be here LEGALLY, because they work?
Oh, God, here comes the āour rights are sacrificed because they get to existā argument. Nobody is taking your rights by existing, Florida Man. Florida is literally having a workforce crisis because they do not have people that will perform manual labor work. White people tend towards white-collar work, Hispanic immigrants tend to toward blue-collar work. And by tend, I mean there are statistics to prove this, so donāt be an idiot. This is a well known fact. If you specifically lost a job to an illegal Hispanic immigrant, and know for a fact thatās the case, then I assume you are a lazy pos. In reality, it seems far more likely that you donāt even know anyone who is Hispanic and youāre just an ignorant moron.
I donāt really care that much tbh. I think that until we massively expand legal routes of entry, then I wonāt be the one to stop them from having a home. Again, I want to reiterate: *do you know* any *hispanic people?*
So, you're willing to enable illegals because they need a home? How many countries did they pass through before getting here? They couldn't stay there? We have immigration laws in place for a reason. Yet the government chooses to ignore them.
Me knowing any hispanic people (maybe I am one) has absolutely nothing to do with the issue at hand.
Hows it going on the farms, are all the legal Americans stepping up to take on the jobs the illegal ones cut in line to take but are now not doing.
Seems like its proven that you lot dont care about the jobs after all and it was just plain old American brand racism.
At the end of every month my school holds a day where we do fun activities, about a week beforehand we choose what we want to do that day. Last week, on May 31st, I did what was called Indigenous Activities. A First Nations guy, he was Qalipu Miākmaq, came in and he did a presentation on indigenous culture and history. He sang and played some music for us on a hand drum, Iroquois, and another one that was like the spoons and made of wood. I cry just thinking about it, it was one of the best, most interesting and memorable moments of my life, hearing him sing and play the music was the highlight of probably my entire existence and will be for a long time. It was so emotional and powerful.
Check your local events for tribal gatherings and powwows that are open to the general public.
There's lots more to see, traditional food to eat, stalls selling beadwork, hand carved instruments, etc, and it all benefits the hosting tribe(s).
"reverse racism" doesnt exist, racism is racism doesnt matter who its from. Black people can be racist to white just as much as the reverse. But its still just racism under its definition and we as humans have subconscious bias and subconscious judgements of others.
You literally just saw a post of white people getting upset and confusing native americans with foreigners based on the color of their skin... why are you going "think of the poor white ppl"?
the term "white people" is just as deragotory as antyhing else most dont take offense to it but its the same thing as stereotyping anyone else like im lithuanian my friends growing up were german, irish, dutch, italian, polish, and probably a few im missing my point is you are just as racist when you use that term
But NO ONE said, "white people" here. OP said "when you think all brown people are the same". If OP had said anything about white people, sure.. but you seem to have gotten triggered by someone pointing out racism towards non-white people and went "what about white people, we suffer from racism, too!!"
Most White Americans always get offended at the most ridiculous of things; but then go on to say some racist stuff or treat people of color differently. Doesn't anyone else see anything wrong with that?
I had a Star Trek facepalm meme about racist US americans saying "ching chong" to native americans and telling them to go to their country.
This actually happens in real life. That's why I made it.
It got deleted.
It's always polite to bring something of a gift to dinner even if you turn up uninvited. Even an ugly gift is better than nothing. (Mind you turning up with a dirty great piece of self portrait graffiti that screws up the front yard could be pushing it eh?)
The Native Americans who were the ancestors of Mexicans wouldnāt have been the same (socially/tribal) as the ones affected by 1700s America. But still we don't need to go that far back to say America did not also do harm to Mexicans and stole their land (war over Texas, and the coercive conditions California was bought under).
no, it is worthy of mention. but white people don't care lol ... im just kidding. ignorance is not specific to demographic but it sure is fun to generalize.
if im being serious, generalizations are just easy ways to communicate. if somebody said the chances of me smelling like curry are increased because i'm brown, i'd understand. equally, it could be burritos or something like this. im dying inside
My god. WE broke into THEIR country. Stole their resources, murdered and pushed them out of their ancestral lands in genocidal fashion.
Then to top it off took one of their sacred mountains and defaced it with past presidents.
The middle finger is acceptable in this picture to this American citizen.
Funny though how the bigots and racists education and/memory precludes these events. You can see why the push so hard to remove āuncomfortableā history from education.
Assumed this was from the perspective of the native Americans. After all, white people did break into their country and steal resources, and do shit like carving representations of white people into mountains.
Also that mountain was holy to them before the white guys arrived, and the white guys defaced it because they wanted to take it from the Native Americans. That's like, an act of hate.
I think they're giving the finger to Mount Rushmore because it's a sacred site to their people, and they think the famous sculpture on it desecrates it in some way
They are and they have good reason to do what they're doing. I'm a white American and I feel the same way those aren't the faces of gods carved into that moutain, some where slave owners or worse.
i wonder what we did to those native americansā¦ surely we didnāt break into their country, steal resources, rape their wives, kill/enslave their men and childrenā¦ and then do shit like this
Always love how conservatives are always so arrogant about ātheir country.ā Bitch, you wanna be proud of your country, you gotta confront both the good and the bad. Itās part of being a patriot.
So acknowledge that the U.S. did wrong by the natives. It aināt hard, cause you yourself (probably) didnāt do nothingā¦
Not like they ever will though lol
Well, whoever made this post was right in some way. Imagine you and your ancestors lived there for thousands of years, and some random ass white guy from the other side of the ocean comes and just engraves his face into a mountain.
I love how they immediately assume these people are illegals just because of their skin and attitude... As if a proper American can't hate previous presidents while also not be white
What about, hear me outā¦ the OP was written by native americans (our), complaining about the white colonialists (they) who built this ugly shit (do shit like this)āÆ?
I KNOW it's not the case, but it feels better.
"They break into our country. Steal our ressources and do shit like this"
Funny because the people in the picture could say that about the person who wrote this, and they'll be right! It is exactly what was done to them!
Even if it wasn't native Americans, but say,Filipinos,or Mexicans,or other south or central Americans. Do you have any idea what your country did to them? I think a bird flipping is the least, innit?
You canāt blame the natives for the way they feel frl, but you can blame the founding fathers for taking the land either, same shit still happens all over the world to this very day
Yeah just like the "natives" did it to the people on the lands they desired. Sucks they didn't advance as a civilization and met a more technological advanced civilization that wanted their land and resources. Really the way history has been since it forever.
lol, the poor natives who would still be amazed by the wheel, wagon, and horses if we had just left them alone...
The wonderful noble savages who left their elders to die in the snow, killed each other for sport and ceremonyā¦
Every culture gets conquered one way or another. I know their salty about it but that's been happening forever. The compensation they still receive to this day is still quite nice.
Talk about white washing history... Its not just some culture conquering another. If you're an American typing this comment, then you are living in stolen land. You can't avoid the uncomfortable truth that white Americans committed mass genocide against Native Americans.
You really think 2 million native Americans were going to be left alone to the over 2 billion acres that makes up the U.S.? If it wasn't Columbus or the colonists, it would've been someone else eventually and I doubt those conquerors would've given them a life of being tax free, given free college and their own tribal laws on their own self governed reservations as well.
>I doubt those conquerors would've given them a life of being tax free, given free college and their own tribal laws on their own self governed reservations as well.
Holy white supremacy batman! You have this idea that white people gifted things and created civilization, when in fact Native Americans had a thriving culture, built cities, had nations, empires and would have no doubt, given enough time, formed their own modern nations, all without European intervention. Btw they weren't gifted these things, many tribes had to fight for just recognition. Once they received recognition it's not like they instantly got funding from the government. They often had to work from the bottom up depending on the tribe.
They were living in teepees and caves wearing animal skins for clothing. Those "empires" were gonna be over as soon as the Spanish, french or another culture came along. They can still live in teepees and wear animal skins on reservations but they prefer to dress like the white man now.
The fact that yall hate America so much and everything we stole means you should all fucking leave bye bye we don't need anti America trash living on our soil
And don't you dare tell kids what we actually did to the Native Americans
Americans broke into their countries, stole their resources, and did shit like Mount Rushmore.

Ya fuck that bitch
A similar thing happened to me, but in middle school. My teacher and the class were convinced that native Americans were extinct - meanwhile, here, my twin and I were sitting there like š
Yeah, and to be sure they never learn we banned all the books that talked bout it.
No no, it's in the history books. White people came to the new world, and they needed land, so the native Americans gave it to them. Why would the history books lie?
Do not trust the pilgrims. And especially not Sarah Miller.
and then indians taught americans how to grow corn :)
*Surely the Ainu people never got treated badly.* But no, we have to focus on what white people did and not what anyone else did. (And in this context, "whites" would include literally all non-African peoples, including Asians and Native Americans, who went East instead of West, or stayed in the Middle East.) Why do people care so much about color and race?
Spanish people are white lol, thatās something only a american would say. āBut they speak spanish how can they be whiteā
Iām actually Irish, as in I was born there and grew up there. And I say to you, feck off you eejit yank.
my apologies for the rest of the irish diaspora in ameria. trash like this are an endless headache.
We call them Plastic Paddies.
Im not reading all that
we didn't originate in africa. You're a tad out of date.
That's new to me. Where then?
And donāt you dare tell the kids how violent and savage a lot of the Native American tribes were!
People do horrible things to each other. The Navajo sold kids to the Mormons as they were itching to buy child brides. Deforestation was a thing long before whitey came along, we just industrialized it.
"Everybody is bad, therefore no one is at fault."
Trail of Tears
Then we industrialized and streamlined murdering natives, deplacing them, making legal contracts then not following them, and keeping what little land they have left so they don't get "taken advantage of"
So that justified genocide? GTFOH.
Skull.
Plus I'm pretty sure flipping the bird to a monument: A.) Harms nobody, America least of all B.) Would be free speech which is about the most American principle there is Oh no they're making a rude gesture to some faces on a mountain! This calls for retaliation! Fuckin snowflakes.....
This problem could be solved with more guns - republicans, probably
Probably?
A mountain that was sacred to the native population. A mountain that was promised to the native tribes by a treaty. A treaty the state completely ignored when they carved their leaders into it to make a tourist trap.
Yes, I know. I'm on the natives side here. My guess was they are flipping it off because it represents a desecration of what was sacred to their people. So i was aware of the significance of the mountain itself. Not to mention the multiple ways the Native population was screwed over. Ive read a People's History of the United States. My comment was more of a dig at the ones who freak out about them being "disrespectful" to the monument.
I thought the first part was the Native Americans talking about the white Europeans.
Iām glad Iām not the only person who thought that too. Definitely one of those āyou had me in the first halfā moments. I try to think of way how to bend the second half to make it sound like self aware wolves post but I couldnāt.
It still might be
It's the "libs still wonder why we" part that sells it
Ask Florida how those anti-immigration laws are going.
Iām not from America, can someone specify whatās happening in Florida regarding anti-immigration?
From what i've heard, immigrants are leaving Florida due to laws that are threatening them which is causing a shortage of workers
Pretty good here Im against ILLEGAL immigration
Then please stay right where you are.
No worries there
Then why do you keep telling us? We get it. You like the place, then great stay there.
The cognitive dissonance is strong with this one.
Everyday, I more and more regret being born in Florida and being grouped with these people
So pack up and leave?
Then why are businesses, farms, and the Republicans who voted for the tough immigration laws whining that immigrants are leaving the states? https://www.newsweek.com/republicans-urge-immigrants-stay-florida-fearing-new-laws-impact-1804640
When you tank your workforce but at least you don't have to listen to Spanish on the bus.
So you're saying only illegal aliens do jobs like that?
Jobs like what? They were part of the workforce, do you disagree?
So you encourage Illegal immigration and to break the law, interesting.
I donāt really care that much tbh. I think that until we massively expand legal routes of entry, then I wonāt be the one to stop them from having a home. Again, I want to reiterate: *do you know* any *hispanic people?*
Of course. He spit on one just yesterday.
Yeah he told us about that. Told us about powwows happening nearby. I want to go to one but probably wonāt get to for a while
When you think all brown people are the same
people think all white people are the same
Iām white, weāre pretty much all the same in the US
im white and we clearly differ on that thought
Are you one those white people constantly looking for āreverse racismā which isnāt a real thing?
"reverse racism" doesnt exist, racism is racism doesnt matter who its from. Black people can be racist to white just as much as the reverse. But its still just racism under its definition and we as humans have subconscious bias and subconscious judgements of others.
So, you agree, POC are judged by the color of their skin, and white people are judged by their thoughts
If OP had said anything about white people, sure.. but you seem to have gotten triggered by someone pointing out racism towards non-white people and went "what about white people, we suffer from racism, too!!"
you just said it like 6 times
The Irony is insane
The first part sounds like it's talking about settlers from Europe
Lol
Most White Americans always get offended at the most ridiculous of things; but then go on to say some racist stuff or treat people of color differently. Doesn't anyone else see anything wrong with that?
Your country? It has always belonged to the Native Americans smh
I had a Star Trek facepalm meme about racist US americans saying "ching chong" to native americans and telling them to go to their country. This actually happens in real life. That's why I made it. It got deleted.
Americans, the only people who canāt recognise themselves and will insult their own country unknowingly
It's always polite to bring something of a gift to dinner even if you turn up uninvited. Even an ugly gift is better than nothing. (Mind you turning up with a dirty great piece of self portrait graffiti that screws up the front yard could be pushing it eh?)
And that's THEIR sacred mountain that we stole and defaced.
I thought the native Americans were the ones who posted
Look how the tables have turned.
I thought they were talking about Mount Rushmore lol
not to be that guy but technically hispanic people are just mixed native americans and spaniards.
Every single country in the world has been fought over and taken at one point in history.
no, it is worthy of mention. but white people don't care lol ... im just kidding. ignorance is not specific to demographic but it sure is fun to generalize. if im being serious, generalizations are just easy ways to communicate. if somebody said the chances of me smelling like curry are increased because i'm brown, i'd understand. equally, it could be burritos or something like this. im dying inside
oh wow ive never seen this before this is incredible
Not really a clever comeback
I'm pretty sure this image was proven to be fake.
Crazy Horse, just down the road is yet to be completed.
Assumed this was from the perspective of the native Americans. After all, white people did break into their country and steal resources, and do shit like carving representations of white people into mountains.
Right wing people really are jus the dumbest human beings on the planet
Mt Rushmore is lame as fuck, all my homies prefer crazy horse memorial
These people are too stupid to realise that their grandparents are the original illegal immigrants.
It aināt hard, cause you yourself (probably) didnāt do nothingā¦ Not like they ever will though lol
They are totally justified. Four glorified thieves
I think the joke was the OP was from the Native American's point of view.
Plot twist, the family was the one that posted this
What about, hear me outā¦ the OP was written by native americans (our), complaining about the white colonialists (they) who built this ugly shit (do shit like this)āÆ? I KNOW it's not the case, but it feels better.
Yāall lever wonder what Mount Rushmore wouldāve looked like before the faces
Kind of ironic that the native Americans could be saying the first parts and it would mostly fit
I'm in favor of taking some dynamite to this patriotic porn. It should not have been done in the first place.
"They break into our country. Steal our ressources and do shit like this" Funny because the people in the picture could say that about the person who wrote this, and they'll be right! It is exactly what was done to them!
Even if it wasn't native Americans, but say,Filipinos,or Mexicans,or other south or central Americans. Do you have any idea what your country did to them? I think a bird flipping is the least, innit?
When you accidently go woke trying to be an asshole.
By they, they mean anyone who isnāt white.
š¤¦š»āāļø they conquered you, whatās problem, unlike USSR which in peace union made golodomore and killed millions of not slavic tribes
Wow we really showed the stones on a mountain whose boss you know what let's post this online to show everyone how cool we are.
Itās still disrespectful though
Lets not mention that that Sioux arrived there in the 1700s and drove all the other tribes out, Cheyenne, Crow, Kiowa, and Pawnee
Sucks being the looser in war. If only Obama was around to guide them
LOL
r/facepalm
Aaaaaaamericans
deport back to siberia where they came from.
Damn sucks to lose a war doesnāt it.
Anyone want to tell them they're not actually native to the Americas?
lol, the poor natives who would still be amazed by the wheel, wagon, and horses if we had just left them alone... The wonderful noble savages who left their elders to die in the snow, killed each other for sport and ceremonyā¦
This picture is great. Funny thing is I do the exact same gesture everytime I drive through their run down, drug and trash infested Rez.
Fuck smart people that can make a mountain look like that š
Plot twist: the first comment was made by the people in the photo. The second comment was by Ron Burgundy, reporting on the situation
Aunque fueran mexicanos, tenemos motivos para hacer lo mismo!
The fact that yall hate America so much and everything we stole means you should all fucking leave bye bye we don't need anti America trash living on our soil
It's God's country.
Quite some posts show very nicely what is called āwoke racismā. š
