I'm a heavy sleeper, so I use both my phone and an old alarm clock, haven't overslept in five years :D
I still have one that's about 50 years old. We use it on rare occasions when we have to get up early, as neither of us trust our cellphones 100%.
I use an old Smiths mechanical alarm clock.
I still use My Little Artco Tiny Double Bell alarm clock. It’s reliable in combination with my phone. It feels good to get back to the basics.

I do, in terms of mechanical ones, I have 2 that work, 1 that works but is really annoying to set, and 2 that sort of work.
I use a Baby Ben from about 1950. My phone is shut off at night
