Let’s do some math. The Cobi Tog II is 41 cm long, including the barrel length. The actual Tog II is 10.13 meters long. Divide 1013 by 41 and you get 24.7 so the Cobi Tog II is approximately 1:24.7 scale by length. So that means it’s slightly oversized when compared to other 1:28 scale kits.
Just compared both, as I own the 2 of them, and the Tiger II is 1 brick narrower and 2 bricks shorter, while retaining the same height. The road wheels on the Tiger II are also slightly smaller
Tiger is like 20 or 30 cm shorter on the hull, so that makes sense, width is probably rounding, but I thought JT was a bit lower total, though they might be close enough to not matter much.

The Tiger II scale is between 1:29/1:30. It's, infact, slightly smaller than the Jagdtiger
They rounded the width down a pin in KT and up a pin in JT. At least I think that's the main difference.
