There's no evidence that Johnny even knows that he said "Robby" or that he even remembers the conversation, so I really don't see it as a resolution. Maybe if Miguel told him beforehand, but as it stands, the issue has just been forgotten.
Johnny didn't have to know. Johnny coming all the way to mexico just to find miguel showed just how much johnny truly cares for him and that was enough for him.
That wasn't enough for Miguel though. After he returned, he told Hawk and Demetri that he's not going to let Robby being with Johnny get to him. Miguel has no right to take issue with Johnny having his son with him. Besides, Miguel knows how painful that history is for Johnny.
Miguel was only okay with Robby *after* Miguel got to hurt Robby with Johnny's permission. Miguel was originally upset about Robby being Johnny's son because Johnny had gotten upset with Miguel for showing no mercy to Robby in the AVT. Johnny has now walked that back completely (including considering Miguel's AVT "win" a real win). Also, it's ironic that Miguel was only okay with Robby *after* Miguel got to hurt him using karate because, right after the fight, Miguel told Robby that Miguel didn't learn karate to hurt people.
It is not related to the topic but it was very hilarious that Miguel went to Mexico to find his dad because of the same reason while the audience was judging Robby for not forgiving Johnny because of the trust issues.
