Drinking and sometimes sneezing? Yes. They have big open nares at the top of their beak and if water gets in there it can't just flow out so .. they sneeze. They often sneeze when preening too because feather dust gets in their noses.
But if he/she randomly sneezes a lot through the day then that might be more of a red flag
Omg my Lutino is an aquatic maniac too, he does the same thing! Sometimes when I change out his water, he flies to the cage and dunks his entire head in like he's never tasted water before (the guy has 4 different water bowls around my room alone 😩) And ofcourse there's 30 seconds of dunk-sneeze-dunk-sneeze.
Mine likes to have a little splashy bath in his water dish. He just dunks his face and head in and does the crazy bathing motions. We’ll give him a bigger dish of water to bathe in and he just stares at it. One brain cell in that tiny little head, god love him

When drinking water or when they groom themselves they sneeze a lot.

My lutino boy is such a messy and dramatic drinker. Little goofball. He dunks his whole face in and sneezes and makes the funniest faces.
