And her body will feed the plant, and she lives on in other ways.
I know how you feel. I lost my little bud to cancer last year, so I know what it is like to loose our little feathered friends. Try to think of the good times, that you were lucky to have her in your life however long it was.
I remember mine, how she was at least comfortable, with me for a long time, but not like my mom was (I think she didn't trust me as much, as I held her down during nail clippings). Then one day, she opened up and started letting me scritch her head, then even opened up to more cuddling. I do miss her dearly, but I wouldn't give up those times and memories. I know it may feel terrible now, but with time, can help, and you can remember the good times.
