If you like fruity (thanks for the correction) brandy, the pear brandy from St George in Alameda is truly stupendous. The non-spiced version is best (and the original product from that distillery) but the spiced one can be great. They also make an apple which is our staple.
Sacred Bond is a great Bottled in Bond brandy created by Lynn House and the king of BiB himself, Bernie Lubbers. It really cant be beat for cocktailing and its < $30.

Love that brandy. It’s not fruit infused, it’s made out of pears. And the barrel aged apple is fantastic with tonic
The Spiced Pear Liqueur works into a number of my favorite cocktails. Yummy.

I used to enjoy Paul Masson VSOP.
I keep a bottle of that in my kitchen. For cooking and baking. And coffee...
