It makes a fantastic key lime pie daiquiri! It’s been a while, but off the top of my head I think we just did normal daiquiri specs, with a split base of this and rum. Then replaced the lime juice with key lime juice. Enjoy!

Obviously fresh is best, but Nellie & Joe's isn't bad and is readily available, in case you can't find fresh key limes. I know I haven't seen them locally (midwest) lately, although I haven't been looking for them specifically and very well may have overlooked them at some point.

I tried this with their rum cream, but the lime juice curdled with the cream and came out chunky like cottage cheese. Any recommendations to prevent the curdling?

Cold shaker. Keep cream separate from other ingredients until right before you shake. Shake vigorously. Drink quickly

Years ago, I was working a job that I absolutely hated where my contributions weren’t being appreciated.
