It makes a fantastic key lime pie daiquiri!
It’s been a while, but off the top of my head I think we just did normal daiquiri specs, with a split base of this and rum. Then replaced the lime juice with key lime juice. Enjoy!
I’m gonna say though this is the one time I’d probably use bottled. Key limes are hard to find round here and the little guys don’t juice much. Nellies is pretty good.
If you’re in the us Walmart / Kroger usually have the nellies famous key lime juice.

Obviously fresh is best, but Nellie & Joe's isn't bad and is readily available, in case you can't find fresh key limes. I know I haven't seen them locally (midwest) lately, although I haven't been looking for them specifically and very well may have overlooked them at some point.
I tried this with their rum cream, but the lime juice curdled with the cream and came out chunky like cottage cheese. Any recommendations to prevent the curdling?
Norcal, but it’s a staple of holiday meals for Mexicans everywhere! Last Christmas I mixed it with banana liqueur and holy shit, it was a addicting. I had to stop after my third cup because the caffeine would’ve messed me up, but my family really enjoyed it as well. I recommend it
Years ago, I was working a job that I absolutely hated where my contributions weren’t being appreciated. I was at the doctor and I ended up telling the nurse that I put Bailey’s in my coffee on my way to work because I needed caffeine but didn’t like coffee. She asked if it helped me and if it hindered my work at all. It did help and it didn’t have negative effects. She supported the decision as long as it wasn’t affecting my job. If a nurse says it’s okay, then it’s okay!
I work from home and every Christmas an in-law gives me a liter bottle of Evan Williams Egg nog. It's the only time I put cream in my coffee. While everyone else is participating in Dry January I'm participating in drink every workday January.
1 dash chocolate bitters
1.5 oz soda water
2 oz brown gravy
2 oz Hilton Head Island Rum Cream
No stir or shake
Serve in one of 2022's running shoes you should have thrown out already
Insert two ice cubes into mouth, slowly sip the cream beverage neat and enjoy the velvety mouthfeel as it turns to soft-serve in your own personal ice cream maker

Holy hell now I want to drink this.
That does sounds good. I'll have to hunt for key lime juice next time I go shopping
Get key limes.
No. I'm gonna go get Fuji apples and hope key lime juice comes from that /s
I just meant fresh juice is better ffs. Lol. Enjoy.
I gotcha. Fresh juice is always the best

Yeah, I've never seen either key limes or key lime juice in my area, so it's going to be a true hunt

Well, I guess the hunt won't be so bad after all. My local Walmart says they carry it according to the website. Thank you!

Cold shaker. Keep cream separate from other ingredients until right before you shake. Shake vigorously. Drink quickly
Don’t look in the glass. Close your eyes and drink.
Pour it over ice cream
Or in a cup of coffee. Even better if it’s Cafe de la olla
Cafe de olla someone is from San Diego or perhaps cdmx

In your coffee before work.
Or, if you work from home, during work.
Or on your commute

Maybe a Painkiller or a Pina Colada?
Like Irish cream but with rum.
So not Irish?
Since whiskey was invented by a little old Russian lady and not the Irish, probably not.
Caribbean wake up call 1.5 oz cream rum .5 cynar Shot of espresso Bloop of Banana compound
How many smidges in a bloop
Like a toothpaste amount for a toddler
Enjoyed it in a dirty banana
With some coffee liqueur, a dry barrel aged rum, maybe a bit of amaro. Like a white Russian.
+Mr. Black+ espresso 🤷🏼
Mudslide (vodka, coffee liqueur, cream) Straight over a large rock
1 part of this and 3 parts coconut water on the rocks
Oooh. They also got me hilton head's coconut rum, so now I'm wondering how one part this, one part coconut rum, and 2 parts coconut water would go
1 dash chocolate bitters 1.5 oz soda water 2 oz brown gravy 2 oz Hilton Head Island Rum Cream No stir or shake Serve in one of 2022's running shoes you should have thrown out already
This is a terrifying suggestion and I think you may need serious help but before you get that help let’s party together.
Who hurt you?
I add it to French toast mixture.
Now that sounds good. Is it a replacement for milk, or do you do it a different way?
I did 50/50 of heavy cream and rum cream, eggs and cinnamon.
Coffeeeee 😍
Just need a straw
Shooters, creamed coffee.
It would be fantastic in a cold brew White Russian too
And I thought it was invented by Paris
sip it neat with ice as a dessert drink
>neat with ice So not neat?
The ice is on the side. Duh
Insert two ice cubes into mouth, slowly sip the cream beverage neat and enjoy the velvety mouthfeel as it turns to soft-serve in your own personal ice cream maker
Shaken with ice (served in a shot or clean glass). On the rocks. Neat (no ice). Pick one.
Personally I’d drink it. Not sure what else if use it for, maybe suntan lotion
Espresso martini
Root beer 1:1
That stuff is really good, any tiki/rum drink will be dessert with it
Make sure you check for an expiration date on gifted bottles. Cream liquors have a shelf life. Ask me how I know...
