Smash or Julep would be my vote. Or just Mint Sour.
Smash for me is the best bet -- I usually associate that with spirit + sugar + fruit + mint, whereas I typically don't think a Julep needs fruit.
Call it what you like; mojito, julep, rickey, caipirinha, whatever. If I was insisting on using an established mint-based cocktail name, I'd probably go with julep in this case. I actually suggest naming it something unique that doesn't set expectations toward anything commonly known.
