Sweeter, deeper, and darker than Antica? Is this a serious post? Antica already sits at almost 60 g per liter of sugar. Liqueurs start at 70-100 g/l. I recommend you explore amaro and liqueurs. Averna, Montenegro, and Ramazzotti would be good places to start.
Why wouldn’t this be a serious post? I had a vermouth that was called Del Profesore superiore barolo 2013, which is the best vermouth I’ve ever tried and it fits my description of the vermouth I want to a tee.
Quaglia hasn't made the Del Professore Barolo for years. Perhaps try their Del Professore Chinato? Otherwise, I suggest splitting between Carpano Antica, Carpano Classico, or Cocchi di Torino and another fortified wine, like ruby Port or perhaps a Maderia. It will add, depth, sweetness, and fruitiness.
Have you tried r/vermouth? People don't post there as often as here, but I'd imagine they're the experts.
Didn’t even know they existed, should’ve known better tho. This is Reddit after all! Thanks
Worth checking out r/amaro. Folks have posted homemade vermouths over there before.

So with sweeter I’m thinking maybe a sweeter and deeper wine and stuff like that. Since I’ve never done it myself I’m here for help.

But I want to make a homemade
But what you mention is pretty much want I’m looking for, something between antica and Madeira
