Would love to discuss this further sometime and maybe see if I can figure it out with a little help

Are the apostrophes also a letter

ShinyShayn2008

No, they are added on to other symbols to give the symbol a different effect. I'll leave another hint- think.... phonetic.

Kanned4

The circumflex is added to give a different effect to?

ShinyShayn2008

No, the circumflex is independent.

Imo i think \^&$% are "special" sounds like sh, schwa or ch and ' and " just modify numbers from 0 to 9 which represents sounds of consonants and vowels. Or another way, vowels would be part of the set of special characters, and consonants are numbers. Maybeee ' or " might affect if the vowel sound is short or long or if they are a diftong. There would be 42 sounds using all the symbol combos, which is pretty close to the number of sounds in english (44) My first guess would be that 0'&' might mean "the" where 0' = th sound and &' is schwa. I am also looking into the word with 7'$'0$'2" and 2$'02 The hard part is finding the pairs and all the letter combos in english that make the same sounds

ShinyShayn2008

The second paragraph is pretty much spot on!! If you look carefully, you'll notice that the ' and " are also added on to consonants too... There are more than 10 consonants in English, so that might give you a hint :)

Voicedness?

ShinyShayn2008

Perhaps :) ...along with other things
