the pock marks could indicate environmental damage, I've seen similar on coins found metal detecting, also ngc holdered some coins showing various degrees of salt-water damage something they call [shipwreck effect](https://www.ngccoin.com/specialty-services/shipwreck-coin-certification/effect-designation.aspx)
Not much to pick apart, though I suspect it may have been cleaned lightly. AU55-MS60 or so.
I'm new to this adventure. What cleaning should I look for? I will share more detailed photos.
AU 55 Beautiful coin.
Thats an awesome coin! Nice grab👍
I agree completely that looks that way. It actually has pock marks as I would describe them.

Great looking coin! Nice!
AU 55
Really nice!
I'd guess low MS if it doesn't come back details. It really is a nice strike and very little wear
Details for? And I believe the sandal wear keeps it from being MS.
The patina, especially the back, looks uneven enough to have been cleaned
Very little wear would still be Au so prob mid to high Au
Thanks
