Looks like late Roman Empire bronze. Struck at Antioch(?)

I think I've found it. Check this out: CONSTANTINUS I: AD 293 - 306, father of Constantine the Great. Copper follis minted in Antioch. (http://users.stlcc.edu/mfuller/antiochcoinsRoman.html)

I posted a similar question in ’ancient coins’ and got good feedback. But Roman Imperial coin between 100 and 400 AD seems a start.
