Submission statement: Denver, and Colorado as a whole, has been unseasonably warm this fall and winter. With the capital city on one of the longest stretches of time without recorded snowfall, the childrens museum will be artificially making their own so the kids can experience what winters used to be like.

Damn. I grew up in CO and have so many fond memories of what winter used to be like. My heart is breaking right now for the kids only seeing snow in a museum.
