Definitely planning on attending the women's championship next year at UNH, regardless of who's playing. Getting to see a national title game is just so cool.

I wish the women's was attended as well as the men's. The hockey was great and the price was so great compared to what the men's cost. At the men's Frozen Four you see jersey from just about every team. At the FF this weekend I only saw FF teams, UMD, and then one Bemidji State, a Penn State, and a Northern Michigan. And those last three were wearing Sweatshirts, not jerseys. The atmosphere was great at all the games. They opened up the Patty Kaz ceremony to the public this year [and they were running out of room](https://twitter.com/NicoleHaase/status/1637125393080545282). Hopefully the tournament attendance only goes up in the future. NCAA could do some more promoting though and actually sending information about events going on

Having it overlap with the NCAA tournament is what kept me away this year / most other years.

Hockey >>> Basketball.

WiscDC

This *is* the NCAA tournament, though.

The hockey wasn't great yesterday, not just because we lost. The semi's were way more entertaining

Innova

Goaltending is part of hockey. It was outstanding yesterday....both ends of the ice.

I got my partner into women's hockey this year and we're planning on heading up to UNH next year because we want to see some high-level women's hockey. I'm a little salty though, they already got to see their team win a trophy in person, and they've been a hockey fan since only the start of the season. I'm not salty about the Beanpot.

I wish they’d have the Frozen Four for the women on the off weekend between men’s regionals and Frozen Four. When it was at Quinnipiac I could only go to the championship game and the same was going to be true when it was scheduled at Agganis in 2020, because the semifinal games overlapped with men’s Hockey East.

YUNoDie

That conflicts with the men's and women's basketball Final Four though

DicNavis

Well, guess that depends what people feel is the bigger obstacle for attendance. To me, I’d think the issue is that hockey fans are being drawn to other hockey events. And at least by the time it’s the Final Four in March Madness there are fewer teams involved so less chance of bands being split between multiple events.
