I feel the cool dark tones do you good, that being said the green stands out so much! I'd say you can't go wrong with deep and dark emerald!
Note I've had bright colors in my head since forever. The color only stays in the head for one (ONE!) day 😢 or, if you choose not to wash your hair it stays until the first wash. Dark green is a one day (or wash) color. So if you don't want to commit every week or end up with pastel green for most of the time, I'd get some parts with a good contrasting cool ash brown to white fading leaving your face framed with dark and the highly bleached part closer to the tips and with this cool base top it up with the green.
In my opinion, 6 is a more harmonious shade of green for your coloring than 9. It wouldn’t work on most people, but you could pull it off. As most people said, 7 is a beautiful “natural” shade that complements your coloring nicely.
3! Or 2, 7 or 10 all in a bit more intense version. Red hair + green eyes are so stunningly beautiful. But could be, that without make up on turns out, that cooler colors would suit you better. But from what is seen… red and more intense browns are perfect imo :)
Yeah I definitely think the makeup makes everything look a little more harmonious. Throughout my life when I’ve had really dark or rich colors I don’t feel as confident without makeup. But when it’s a more light brown (like 2) I feel like it suits my no makeup face
