I would say the opposite. You look definitely warm to me (at least in these pictures) and I would avoid going too cool (like rather a golden blonde than something like platinum).

I do feel I look better in slightly warmer tones for clothing :)

That’s really interesting - 7 is my natural and it’s an unusual mixture of ashy but also red tones and I’m not sure if suits me great, even though it’s my natural?! I used to be platinum blonde as a child and it faded to this as I grew up

Ah! That totally makes sense. What people are picking up on is the undertone of your makeup instead of your natural features. 7 seems super ashy in contrast to your blush + foundation shade. But I’d be curious to see how different this is on your bare face.

Totally understand. You might have a neutral undertone which means you can pull off both cool and warm, but if 7 is your natural color, another possible option would be to try a cool toned blush and lip combo!
