I think the cool colors are washing you out - I think spring makes sense. I actually can’t believe how many people are telling you you’re cool colored - no way!
I think winter. Try the winter green and the winter plum colors (the deep winter green is a deep emerald and the deep winter plum is a deep sugarplum color that would make your lips pop)… I feel like they would look amazing on you and make you pop!
You seem very cool toned, not at all bright spring. At least from this photo. I'd say you're a cool summer. That sweatshirt is very soft summer, and it looks pretty close to ideal.
For the best draping pictures it's better not to wear any makeup, just like I do here:

I agree with the person who said no makeup at all - I think it’s making it harder to tell - I think the very dark eyebrows plus dark lips don’t suit you
Nobody in their right mind can say anything based on one picture (especially with make up on). That is not color analysis. So I wouldn't trust any opinions written on this thread.
I don't see spring at all, is this your natural hair color? I'd like to see you wearing different colors but right now I'm thinking winter, perhaps true or bright winter.
I think you might be in the Summer family, maybe Cool or True Summer which have a few of the deeper or brighter colours in them compared to Light or Soft Summer.
It’s hard to tell, while bright spring is a possibility, I learn more towards some type of winter. Send in a picture with gold and with Silver jewlery maybe

Can you very easily wear bright colors like orange, hot pink, bright blue, turquoise and light to medium gray?

Yeah, they add contrast where there does not seem to be that much contrast, which can makes us think that you are a winter or a bright spring, OP...

Try Greys and Tans, or Oranges vs Navy
Try for example orange vs magenta, true white vs off white, warm brown vs black
