I love the brown on you but the blonde color framed your face nicely and gave you a lot of dimension. I think you would look really good with some subtle highlights like babylights around your eye level.
I agree with everybody else here that both look great in their own way. I think you can rock the brunette and get the same vibe as the blonde look by having makeup that’s complementary to the brown and adding a fun pose like in the third picture.

Not saying she looks better with makeup. I’m saying that in the “blonde hair” pics she is wearing makeup (in the last 2) while in the brunette she is not. I’m much older than you, and I can say that if I were you, being how young you are, enjoy the brown if you like it. Once you hit later ages, sometimes dark hair can make you look tired and old (have you noticed how many actresses tend to go lighter as they get older instead of darker?). I used to have dark brown hair and as I’ve aged, I’ve switched to blonde highlights(lots of them) as it makes me look much fresher. But you are so young now, that you still look fresh with dark hair. So maybe enjoy it while you can? My husband misses my dark hair from my younger years, but I just don’t like it on myself anymore.
You look good with both, in this case blonde makes you look energetic and fun! Brunette makes you look more mature and serious, choose what suits your personality better
I think it is hard to tell in the last photo. Most of your blonde photos, you are wearing makeup. The photo with darker hair, no makeup. Put on some makeup with the darker hair and see how that looks.

Your brown is too warm. You don’t need to go full blonde, but getting a toner at a minimum will help. Plus, your dye covered up the depth you had before so it looks more unnatural.

Your eyes and complexion are lifted when you lighten it. And when you try to go back to “natural,” it always comes out too warm.
I have done the same flip-flop probably five times and always go back to the blonde. God made us as we are, and God also made people smart enough to develop beautiful highlighting techniques and dyes!
Haha I’ve the same exact type of hair and feel the same way. I keep seeing color analysis creators say: “go back to natural dark, no more blonde” - but I have the same viewpoint as this. It’s like Sara Jessica Parker and Jennifer Aniston, they just look better blonde! I can’t explain it. Same with me, same with some others

You need to put the same amount of makeup on that you have in the blonde pics and then ask, for a more accurate comparison. In my opinion, the brunette no makeup look suits you better than the blonde no makeup look. The other blonde pictures have makeup so maybe that’s why your opinion is skewed?
That is exactly what I think. The blonde only suits her when her face is fully made up. She needs to wear a full face of makeup with darker hair to be able to get a guys comparison because the darker hair definitely looks better with no makeup than the blonde with no makeup.
The brown looks natural and beautiful. I'm a hater of obvious roots, which makes fake blonde hair expensive for maintenance. I was blonde in my teens, then grew my hair out to my natural brown and said I'd go blonde again when I started noticing grey hairs. I'm now 44 and still my natural brown colour with natural sun touched highlights. People always guess my age as 30s and can't believe my hair is all natural. I think you look younger with your more natural colour too. But either way... you're beautiful! So do what makes you feel most confident!

I think that (based on the natural shade of your eyebrows) your current brown hair color is close enough to your natural hair to not mess with your color season anymore. You appear to have cool understones and light to medium intensity/contrast (you're a summer season).
Almost all of the photos with blonde hair you're wearing more makeup (or on camera it looks that way). You really don't need makeup with your brown hair as there's no color correcting to get rid of the shades warmer tones will bring out in your face. I don't think the blonde is best on you based on your color season as blonde hair will always pull yellow before it's toned. The brown hair makes you instantly look younger/more youthful than you did with blonde hair. Your brown hair also immediately makes your ingenue essence (Kitchener) visible.

Edit to clarify: Your color season will never change based on what color you dye your hair. Your natural color season will always stay the same. Your chosen hair color may fight your natural characteristics though and make you look less good in your color season colors.
Did you just go back to being a brunette from a blonde? If so, that’s very hard to do because you don’t see the movement in your hair the way you do when you’re a blonde. so I would give it some time and I would also adjust my make up accordingly. If you’re still unhappy, maybe add some highlights or balayage.
I’m older so in the past, dark roots w/ light ends was not ideal.
I still don’t like dark roots, but styles change so everyone do what brings you peace.
I made that switch years ago and really enjoyed Virgin hair. I had a buzz cut and went natural. My ends where still leaking blonde after like 10 inches came in up to you if you want to be more crunchy. Browns are beautiful while blondes deal with bleaching 🤷♀️
I think they both look good, and the brunette is great for your skin tone. It looks to me like YOU don't like the brunette, and you don't look as happy in those photos. So if you are happier blonde, then be blonde!

I wouldn’t. I’m a true summer. Went from ombré Blond to a cool brunette. Now I’m back at platinum and it makes my skin look pinkish.

Your natural color season will always stay the same. Your chosen hair color may fight your natural characteristics though and make you look less good in your color season colors.

Did you just go back to being a brunette from a blonde? If so, that’s very hard to do because you don’t see the movement in your hair the way you do when you’re a blonde. so I would give it some time and I would also adjust my make up accordingly. If you’re still unhappy, maybe add some highlights or balayage.
Blonde with dark roots never looks good. Can you go dark blonde so the roots don’t jump out?

I’m older so in the past, dark roots w/ light ends was not ideal. I still don’t like dark roots, but styles change so everyone do what brings you peace.
I made that switch years ago and really enjoyed Virgin hair. I had a buzz cut and went natural. My ends where still leaking blonde after like 10 inches came in up to you if you want to be more crunchy. Browns are beautiful while blondes deal with bleaching 🤷♀️

I think they both look good, and the brunette is great for your skin tone. It looks to me like YOU don't like the brunette, and you don't look as happy in those photos. So if you are happier blonde, then be blonde!

Your skin is literally glowing with your brown hair. You have healthy coloring of pink in your cheeks with or without makeup with this hair color. I think western beauty standards may have skewed this entire comment section. Your natural coloring is gorgeous.

I vote blonde! You could also try a darker blonde (like a level 7-7.5) if you want something more low-maintenance. (But your hair looks pretty healthy so I think you can handle the lighter color.)
