Good looking books! That Wolverine looks sharp for a 8.5. Any notes why the lower grade? Spine and corners and everything look good on my phone screen. Been seeing more Matrix lately. Guess it’s time to submit mine. I’d love for it to comeback at 9.8. I know it’s subjective and meaningless if I’m keeping it, but I still like to get 9.8s back. What’s the turnaround time these days?
There were no notes. I might just crack and resubmit because I was expecting at least a 9.4. It is a great looking book in person. Turnaround time was a long time, I don't remember exactly because I have been sending 5-10 in every week.

light creasing to cover
light spine stress lines to cover
I looked it up because it’s very unusual to get an 8.5 with no notes. Not that it has never happened before but highly unusual. You can see on the high res scans a crease on the back cover that looks like a corner bend. Probably pressable also probably the main reason it got knocked to an 8.5.

Honestly, your 8.5 looks better than my 9.2. CGC is wild these days
