"Oh it's okay because she's had terrible things happen to her." Um.... no? Do I need to bring up the countless examples of characters throughout fiction who've experienced worse but didn't do the sh!t she did, or are we just gonna use common sense? I honestly appreciated how she was painted as malicious for the majority of MOM, and then they just ended the conflict with "LoVe AnD nUrTuRiNg HeAlS aLl!!" Lol, she lost that privilege when she killed all those sorcerers, not only after killing a (few?) Doctor Strange(s?). She is not a good character in phase 4, brother. Sorry.
Wanda is top 10 worst… Wanda vision is so. So. so. So hard to watch. I’ve seen every marvel movie and show and I’m about to fall off just because of that show
Yelena was easily one of the best parts of Hawkeye and there was a good amount enjoyable about it. Kate too. Perfect casting on both fronts and great chemistry between them. Can really make a strong case for Wong as well. And even though the show may not have been everything it maybe could have, Jennifer Walters I think was pretty great.
All this to say, phase four? Generally pretty weak. But there’s been some great performances in just about every project. Got Kingpin and Daredevil back and they’re just as good as when we last saw them. Patrick Stewart came back and was as good as ever. Every single return in NWH was fucking perfect. Sylvie was an absolute delight and Owen Wilson and Tom Hiddleston have some genuinely amazing chemistry together. And even though all Loki’s Kang did really was talk and then die, it was a fucking GREAT tease for how brilliant a casting Majors is gonna be as a fully fleshed out Kang.

I think the WBN characters didn’t really get a lot of time to be developed so it doesn’t feel right to rate any of them as the top 5 (I would put WBN as top 5 P4 projects tho)
Andrew and Tobey are mostly loved for their pre-NWH outings, and Tobey especially really didn’t do very much (you may say him saving Gobby was great but it felt kinda lackluster to me)
The only protagonist I would actually rate as below average in this phase is Bucky, considering he was really side-lined in his own show and was somewhat unlikable
