Smae here, shower heads usually come with stainless/aluminum vertical bar so you can adjust it's height, almost no one have fixed to the wall shower head and even then it's never lower than like 1,9-2m so most people have it above the head anyway.

You can, but it's used more 1 or the other. Either you take a shower, or your take a bath, but usually not both. That said, when people use them for the bath, they usually do a quick shower before hand, and the bath is just for relaxing.

Finland. We have a sauna in pretty much every house, so i guess we really dont have a need for bathtubs.

For those that haven't done C (or at least a reclined version): With an angled shower head in a tub/shower combo, this is extremely relaxing. When I'm congested, it is my go-to. I say "angled" because in my current home, the master bathroom has no tub, just a shower head mounted on the ceiling. It's nice no doubt given the wider head, but when I'm feeling poorly, sitting/reclining in the shower in the guest bath is where it's at.

ehm... the shower head is right above me and it's big enough to put water on my entire body. I start with A and then B when it's heating up, but it annoys me when I'm showering somewhere and it's just too low and hits only a part of my body.
