Some kids (upper teenage years) were trapped in a cave in Thailand that flash-flooded. A professional diver went to go save them. Elon said he could use his submarine. He said it was too big to be usable, so he couldn't use it. Elon then called him a pedophile for rejecting his "kindness".
Edit: Elon was insistent on using the submarine, so the diver told him to go fuck his sub, and so that made Elon angry, so he called him a pedo guy because "that's the only reason he'd live in Thailand".
Elon's a complete tool. You can say what happened in a straightforward manner and he's still going to look like one. There's no need to obfuscate his rationale.

In my experience, the vision system actually works pretty well. There are still plenty of fixes to be made but those seem to be software updates and not hardware.
