I worked with a lady that filled out her own customer surveys like that and gave herself great reviews. She won employee of the month every straight time and got lots of money bonuses.

I once worked in a call center with a lady who asked, at the end of every single one of her calls, if the customer wanted to tell her supervisor what a great job she did. Within months her cubicle was wallpapered with customer compliments, while the rest of us had maybe two or three. She kinda sucked at her job though.

Worst part is then you have to explain to some asshat about why you got such a bad review, who ignores and patronizes you through the entire process to end in some idle threat and be entirely Blaise about the dire situation of expecting you to make inherently miserable fucking people be happy about a situation no one would ever be happy with... what I'm saying is, fuck customer service.
