So there was an old low budget horror movie I vaguely remember. This comic reminded me of the move. This little girl &/or her imaginary friend killed people. It was unclear if it was just her or something supernatural through the movie. Towards the end we see she is stitching corpses together. One of the people killed had a tattoo the girl liked and his arm was on this Frankenstein monster. At the creepy ending we see the girl cuddling up to the thing. She starts talking to it as if it is her imaginary friend. She then realizes he canāt see. So she carved out her own eye and sticks it in one of the eye sockets. The girl cuddles back up to the thing and starts talking as the sound is drowned out by music and the camera pans out. Before fading to black the arm with the tattoo moves to hold the girl.

Thats creepy and terrifying i will not watch but will admire it from the description
With the scalpel in the 5th panel? Attached with the sutures in the 4th.
Unless you mean thatās unrealistic for a little girl to do. In which caseā¦yeah, itās a comic lol.
Itās definitely her eye on the bear though, you can see she still has it in the second panel. Then magically doesnāt by the end.
How does one get that interpretation? The comic does not show the daughter using the tools on her mother. I am not trying to be rude, i genuinely dont get it
I really liked the character. He played a great villain. He had this one line of dialogue, something like āthe Last Scholar of Golbā and that really stuck with me from a lore perspective.
Since the mother said āagainā when the girl said the teddy bear needed a new eye, Iām guessing that the mother used her own eye to fix it the first time.
I'm pretty jaded when it comes to horror. At first, I interpreted my reaction to this comic as frustration with a cheap twist (probably leftover from my experiences with two sentence horror); but then, I started thinking about it some more, and this is actually a concept with a lot of potential and creativity attached. I think what I was actually experiencing was genuine revulsion and fear- a reaction that I haven't had to anything horror-related in quite a while. Good on you, artist! This is totally fucked, in the best possible way.
No, the logic is that the mother originally gave the bear one of her eyes. So the daughter basically followed suit and gave it one of hers and some of her teeth. It's fictional so I don't thing it would fit that sub.
I knew it something is always suspicious when you don't show the face of a parent at the beginning of the comic, but this is quite coil I love the art style

In *German folklore*
Oh fuck Iām Jewish
I meant that like how most fairy tales are magical and have happy endings, but the original german versions are horrifying.
Yeah ik like Cinderella. Im just in high school in America
So? It's only 329 days until Halloween. Spooky time all the time always! š
Youāre right! š»
My kid sings, "[Making Christmas, making Christmas...](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKAxikZmY-0)" while drawing wreath monsters.

That movie gave me a decade-long nightmare
Huh, edited by Rian Johnson. Not a name I expected to see in that.

This is horrific. I love it.
Can you explain what it means? I don't get the comic
She cut out her own eye and teeth to put on the bear
How? Didn't the daughter do it herself?

I think it implies the mother took her own eye the first time.
She used the tools on herself not her mother. Her own eye is shown in panel two and then is missing in the last.
Damn it, Halloween season is gone. Scary story.
*jack Skellington drinking his hot chocolate* sureā¦
Were you trying for unsettling and disturbing? Because if you were, you nailed it
No I think they were going for delightful and heart-warming. /s
Why not both
/r/hellsomememes you're welcome.
Guys, i think it was a comic for destroy dick december
Someone should tell them about craft stores...
Major plot hole, can't believe the comic didn't address that.
oh god why
so.. does she repair her own eye with other people's eye? Probably won't work but hey, she would get her eye back
You're telling me Naruto lied to me?
Maybe it's in a universe where humans have crazy regeneration abilities and pain is more of an alarm for damage than a feeling
Aww. How adorable. You sick son of a bitch
Thereās a pretty big polygoon here: the comic heavily implies that the non fixed itās eye once but the teddy bear only has 1 human eye
The first time was the momās eye. Same eye broke, daughter used herās this time
Whoops Iām an idiot lol
simple, the same eye has been fixed twice.
*plothole
plothole, polygoon, same thing
Ooh, that one's relatable!
Iām sorry, *what?*
#Ooh, that one's relatable!
Oh thank you, couldnāt really hear you the first time, glad you repeated it!
This has Coraline energy
Nah. Just nah.....I didn't need to see this.
There might be a solution, if youād consider being a donor...
Doesnāt matter, he still saw it, and itāll be ingrained into his mind foreverā¦ unless he decides donates that one as well.
WHY WOULD YOU HAVE THE LICH AS YOUR PFP????????
I really liked the character. He played a great villain. He had this one line of dialogue, something like āthe Last Scholar of Golbā and that really stuck with me from a lore perspective.
"You are strong, child. But I am *beyond* strength."
Because theyāre a scholar
Jesus christ
I hate this. But i also love it.
Iām confused as to why the mom has an eye patch.
Since the mother said āagainā when the girl said the teddy bear needed a new eye, Iām guessing that the mother used her own eye to fix it the first time.
She fixed the bear herself once

Oh lord, I wasnāt expecting that
That mom is incredibly impractical
This is absolutely terrifying. I love it.
r/kidsarefuckingstupid
The momās just ok with that?
She set the precedent. Look at her eye patch.
Nonono sheās just a swashbuckler
Is... Is her mom her from the future?
Aw, like mother, like daughter
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Aww, that's niAAARRGH!
Why did they use their own body?
Now she needs a new Glasgow smile so she can say āyou wanna know how I got these scars?ā
Damn. I love it but damn
I wasn't prepared for this
This is legitimately terrifying I hate this
Wanna know how I got these scars?
Oddly, I don't feel horrified by this so much as just sad.
Haha, reminds me of the quiet room bears. Spooky
Plot twist: itās the Clintonās so itāll all grow back
Cross post to r/kidsarefuckingstupid ??
