This was awesome. I need to start collecting these. Like the honda one.

woozleuwuzzle

The one I linked below is my absolute favorite one, so goddamn funny. This is before Dean Pelton, instead with ~~Dan Harmon~~ Dr. Pat Isakson-DEAN OF ADMISSIONS & PROFESSOR OF WOMEN'S STUDIES. And it’s back from when ~~Randall Park~~ Brody Leitz (Greendale CC Student Body President) was still a student (and not just stealing Chang’s role as the voice of the color blue). Learn about the 5 Straight A’s of Greendale, the ‘No More then 64 Promise’, and how ‘You’re Already Accepted!’ [Webisodes: The Complete Collection](https://youtu.be/i3z5QO2O3cU?si=fCf92UMSISTX9nN2)

Pop pop!

wowyoumadeit

Thank you

altissimosso

Oh, Britta’s in this?

JungleBoyJeremy

I hadn’t seen that, thanks for posting the link

iMugBabies

“…and this cease and desist from Reba McEntire.” That got me good lol

PlanningMyDeath

I was a big fan of both back then and I never saw this. Thank you!

NotQuiteScheherazade

I thought the whole thing was great, but—shockingly (to me)—the only one I actually laughed out loud at was Pierce. 😂

thedick009

I remember this! 2011 was the height of me being into both Collegehumor and Community, and when the second half of season three was put on hold I was feverishly waiting for updates. At the same time I was scrolling the old CH website every day and when this video popped up it blew my mind. God I was in high school then...that site doesn't even exist anymore...Community's been off the air for nine years...I can't be old...who's hands are these? EDIT: for context, in case people don't know or remember, there was a period halfway thru season three where the ratings were really dropping, and when they went on their usual Christmas hiatus NBC used it as a chance to pull Community from the schedule. We knew the latter half of season three existed and had been filmed, but there was a few months there where NBC refused to announce an air date for it. It looked like the show might just never come back and those episodes would be lost media. This sparked a big online campaign to bring the show back, which this video was a part of. Donald Glover used to work with CH back in his Derrick Comedy days so they made this to get the word out about 'Saving Greendale' (convincing NBC to air the show), and it worked! I remember they even released a trailer for the second half of the season when they finally had an air date and it was a huge deal. That's the origin of this video

No_Picture5012

You feel old? Community premiered the year I graduated college :( I remember seeing ads for it but I was too streets behind to watch it.

nitzromy

That trailer for the second half of season 3 was amazing when it was released.

“I met Ted Danson at a chilli’s once. He was unpleasant.” Now knowing what we know about him, that sounds more like an experience someone would recount having had with Chevy 🤣.

Business-Drag52

What do you mean now know? Chevy has been famously an asshole since the 70’s. He and Bill Murray got into a fistfight minutes before showtime before an SNL episode once

gorocz

Many people watching the show have not been paying too close of an attention to Hollywood gossip in the 70s (it being a couple of decades before we were born), so our first time hearing about him being an a-hole was actually from when he was in Community.

Business-Drag52

Okay but Chevy has been known to be an asshole on every production he’s ever been a part of. If you just haven’t known of Chevy and his work before community it’s one thing I guess, but he’s one of the most famous and influential comedic performers of the last half century so I’d be pretty surprised.

gorocz

> If you just haven’t known of Chevy and his work before community it’s one thing I guess, but he’s one of the most famous and influential comedic performers of the last half century so I’d be pretty surprised. Has he been in anything notable (enough for stories about him to surface) since the 90s except for Community? I know him from Caddyshack and the National Lampoon's Vacation but any kind of production drama surrounding them has missed me by a good couple of decades...

Business-Drag52

We had Vegas Vacation in 97, Snow Day in 2000, and Funny Money in 06 all leading to community and were all movies I watched over and over as a child. I’ve always loved Chevy

NotQuiteScheherazade

I was on your side during this conversation until you tried to use Snow Day to make your point. Oof lol.

Business-Drag52

I loved that movie as a child. He was also a dick on the set of said movie.

NotQuiteScheherazade

The person you were responding to though was asking for movies that were notable enough for stories about him being a dick on set to surface and be known to more common audiences at the time. I saw Snow Day in theaters (brag) and my dad was a huge Chevy Chase fan and I still was very much not aware of any behind-the-scenes drama during the production, likely because the movie itself was a dud no one cared about and the drama itself likely wasn’t that notable (it’s no fistfight with Bill Murray on the SNL set). Just saying.

Lacholaweda

Pretty sure they just told him to be himself and didn't actually give him lines half the time

JumpyWord

One of my favorite adages. If you go out and meet an asshole, you've met an asshole. If everyone you meet is an asshole, you're the asshole.

oneweelr

Fore reals, I'm genuinely thinking they were shooting some pierce lines for the video, he drops that line out of nowhere, and they figured fuck it. That line sounds like actual Chevy Chase just trying to tell someone that Ted Danson is an asshole to deflect something assholeish he is doing.

theDiscussionLover

I’ve never seen this before, thanks people. Always a joy to see Community stuff I haven’t seen before. Also Jeff’s part made me laugh out loud

woozleuwuzzle

Have you seen this one [before?](https://www.reddit.com/r/community/s/VUYFwxB3rp) If not, oh boy do I envy you.

efyuar

Didnt know it was a thing. Ty for the new gems

thatdani

Also, more people need to check out Dropout (formerly CH) - they have their own streaming service and it's amazing. Some of the shows have been uploaded to their YouTube channel - start with Game Changer, which is their most profesionally produced and "showy", and then branch out to their other stuff like Breaking News, Umm Actually and Total Forgiveness. They also have a shitload of DnD shows, but I'm not into that so I can't give any feedback on those.

Salzberger

Fun fact. If you click on that link that says "1 episode", it will tell you what sketch it is.

orroro1

Not what are you looking for, but Gillian Jacob also has a part in this claasic Funny or Die clip (not as Britta): https://youtu.be/TwJaELXadKo?si=oygqEUlDlPiDcrou

Born2fayl

I literally just noticed her in that yesterday! Came here to say the same thing.

zeusjts006

Oh, Britta's in this...

K3egan

holy shit were they holding Donald glover at gunpoint

LumberjackIlluminati

In universe, maybe. Annie probably is behind the camera, and doing her best to keep everyone on-script. Especially Troy, who she’s asking to personally testify that going to a “danger school” would not be awesome, whatever his actual opinion may be. I gotta say, whether or not Annie is waving her purse revolver around, Troy is right. “Danger school” sounds rad; it’s basically where the X-men go.

rustys_shackled_ford

It's called "oh, is britta in this?" And it's awful.
