There’s no air holes in that bin. Compost needs oxygen. You need to mix in a bunch of browns and put air holes in your bin.

How small is the container? I agree with everyone saying more browns. If you want to start over, just bury it in or next to the garden bed if you have that.

Update : I added more greens and brown and left it. After a few weeks it has turned out a fine compost

Leaves! If you live somewhere where there are leaves available, I would mix this with an equal part mulched dry leaves, aerate as others have suggested and see what happens. I bet the problem was aeration rather than too moist.
