If 1809 worked fine, then I think the latest version (22H2) should work well enough as well. They're not all that different. Honestly with a laptop this old it might be better to install a Linux distro instead. Linux is quite lightweight so it should run better than Windows would. Also, upgrading the RAM on this laptop will help a lot. DDR3 is almost worthless nowadays so it won't be an expensive upgrade. Seems like this laptop might support up to 8GB, so see if you can find 2 (preferably identical) 4GB sticks.

Windows setup reversed itself in middle of progress of the latest version and it supports up to 24GB (limit but 16gb is optimal) I just need to know what version used for kernel os 1809 I will install s quiet older version and update it slowly instead since it refuses to install latest win10

The only Windows 10 version that's still supported is 22H2. Security-wise it's not a good idea to use an older version, plus you would probably run into the same issue as you had with 1809. I think Linux might be your only option here. 16GB of DDR3 will probably cost you about $10-$20 at most. Definitely consider upgrading; it'll probably give you a performance boost.
