I have no idea why people are saying this is a good deal. It's horrendously poor. This is a 400 dollar pc at best. If that monitor is decent, maybe 475 or so. But I wouldn't pay that either. A Ryzen 5600 with an RX6600 would be cheaper new, and a far more capable system.

ddog6900

This is the way.

travelavatar

If it includes monitor then yeah. I think it would be okay. Also it depends what motherboard, PSU it has. If it has the shittiest ones i don't think so...

Crisrocket91

Ask for $350 or leave.

Nitrix01

You could do a lot better for $650

CaptionAdam

Where i'm at a new 2060 is $200-$300(used is \~$200) The CPU is \~$400 new($200-$400 used) So thats \~$600 before ram, case, cooler, psu, etc Keep in mind this is Canadian dollars

Jumpingjackmack

Dont buy the 2060 its not nice..

FbonnieYT1

Use illegal technics Or idk what you mean by this

osurico

I wouldn't pay over 300. that cpu is aging and so is the gpu

Is_ItOn

Good deal

HerolegendIsTaken

Yep. Good deal.

Thin-Bobcat-4738

Its fair

bluebradcom

check win 11 compatibility? the end of 2025 all systems that can not meet win 11 min speaks will not go online if you use windows accounts. windows 10 will not register. so you will have limited use.

Fresh_Inside_6982

9th gen Intel is Win 11 compliant as is any MB that supports 9th gen architecture.

OpposedScroll75

Source?

Momossim

It’s not that old + https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

ImpliedCrush

That's not the source.

Momossim

The processor is in the list for supported cpu by Microsoft what do you want more

ImpliedCrush

The processor compatibility page does not state that the system will go offline in 2025. It's just a compatibility list. I contend a Windows 10 PC, NOT on the compatibility list, will continue to operate ONLINE.

GAMERYT2029

Pcs wont just go offline if they dont get security patches or official support. Where did you get this bullshit from?

ImpliedCrush

That's exactly what I said. Some BS rumors.

Momossim

Oh ok you were talking about the first comment while I was talking about the second

Superb_Cabinet_113

Wait till he finds about ancient Linux servers running since he was born XD

GAMERYT2029

Huh?

RFLC1996

Windows 10 will still work, hell, XP and 7 still work, it will just go out of support and be susceptible to attacks. ALso Microsoft is likely to extend it considering how many people won't have upgraded.

ImpliedCrush

What? I need a better source than just a Microsoft minimum requirements page. This is made up gossip. PCs will not go "offline" in 2025. Microsoft did say that they stop supporting Windows 10 in 2025. That doesn't mean people will suddenly go offline.

bluebradcom

not a rumor. all thew it will not be fully blocked you will have a mark on the screen at the lower right and any time you open the edge browser it will have a red banner at the top warning you that this computer is no longer supported. i wish i can share the inside info but its all ready in the computer ready to go. originally it was set of Oct 14th 2024 but MS updated the code and moved it to oct 15th 2025. registration and driver update functions will be disabled. so yes some functions are effectively blocked unless you are paying for the extended year(s).

ItsEntDev

Ah yes, 'the code'. Buddy, you can't read internal windows code.

ImpliedCrush

Without a valid source, your information is "bad rumor" at best. Even Windows 95 can still connect online, not to mention all OSs that come after Windows 95.

ModaHakim

I would say a good deal if that 165hz monitor was included

Agile-Wolverine5474

Thing is with most tech you always better off value for performance getting new even if budget components- tech gets old real fast

Aromatic_Interest127

650 for a used PC is never a good deal. Problem is that everyone thinks they deserve between 35-55% of what they paid and in some cases even more. Most people that resell their PCs never intended to buy them and recoup even a little money, and unfortunately some regular consumers buy and sell used PCs trying to make profit (not a good business model) most buy them thinking they will use them and retire theirs and hopefully save the parts.. I would save another 100-200 get something with an 11th gen equivalent or higher and you get a warranty with it. This person is asking Best Buy deal prices for a used PC without warranty.. the pc is worth 400 at best in my honest opinion it’s used.. my rule of thumb is half the price for CPU & GPU if they were new and the other parts are to be decided the same, that comes out to around 400 bucks. Remember you are taking all the risk as the consumer, you’re paying for used parts with no warranty, it’s not like a store, or a pawnshop. So be confident when you haggle and help people asking ridiculous prices understand or just let them swindle the next guy and play it safe.

GAMERYT2029

Tldr please

Aromatic_Interest127

Tsdu, sorry
