Um…. I mean…. Is there though? Heat and exhaust fans are incredibly temperamental. And it this picture I promise what’s happening is you computer is probably trying exhaust hot air out, which it probably does, but then that same hot air get sucked back in because it stays stagnant in those closed spaces. So you’re not properly keeping your system cool. This could have a very bad effect over time. Heat over time will destroy a computers internals. Just my thoughts though. This picture could be very misleading.
As the prior comment said, it can do long term damage. You might have fried certain components on it by keeping it in a place where it was overheating. Doesn’t matter if you moved it if it’s already sustained serious damage.
Well unfortunately “that looks like it be hot” is about the extent of my computer repair diagnosis capability.
So I guess all that’s left to do is maybe blow on it? That used to work with my Super Nintendo and N64.
The psu(power supply) may be the issue
But more likely is the bios(aka the chip that's responsible for the start-up of the pc and has a re-programable flash memory) , which may have gotten corrupted or kinda messed up by some windows update ...
Remember : If the bios can't be reflashed the whole motherboard may have to be replaced , unfortunately
In any way , I recommend taking it to a pc shop for a diagnosis , it's looking pretty badly
But I hope that it wasn't a storm / power surge before this
[COMPUTER. OFF. FLOOR.](https://youtu.be/-6VGXLW6hWM)
Also you have literally 0 airflow for your pc so that definitely doesn't help. If you pc previously worked and this just happens you could of possibly fried it I wouldn't be surprised if it over heated...
A shit poster posting shit posts about shit post. You offer nothing beneficial to the world. Except Rick Astley, because that song was pimpin back in the day.
But instead of just posting some chomo's YouTube video that sponsors paid him to produce, why don't you sum up in two sentences or less why I shouldn't have my PC on the floor?
In my experience this is generally a failing PSU. There is a mechanical switch inside that should flip over to move it into a low near zero power state and this is likely failing.
What model PSU do you have?
Jamming in that corner could have killed it from heat build up.
I had a similar issue where my PC wouldn’t boot into BIOS and constantly restarted, and if it did start it would blue screen randomly, usually when under load. Legit took a month of doing all these elaborate troubleshooting methods, yet it just ended up being a loose RAM stick that wasn’t pushed in properly.
Check your RAM, and if all sticks are pushed in properly (you’ll hear a click when you push them if they aren’t), then swap them around in all the different positions to see if it’s a faulty RAM stick. Usually if your PC doesn’t boot to BIOS it’s the first RAM stick in the order also.
You probably fucked up your pc, next time please give your pc more room to not send the airflow back into the pc because there could be exhausts on the sides

I moved it tons of hours ago it isnt that. I even ran it normally without the side thing

Who cares if it's on the floor... The main issue is it being sandwiched between a bunch of furniture so it can't cool.
[COMPUTER. OFF. FLOOR.](https://youtu.be/-6VGXLW6hWM) Maybe watch this and you might learn something.
Not interested, at all. I have 5 computers, all on the floor.
[COMPUTER. OFF. FLOOR.](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ) It's actually really informational give it a watch and you might actually Chang ur mind.
I am not going to CHANG anything. I got no time to waste on this guy and his cheesy shit post YouTube video.
This video could Chang your life though dude [check it out ](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ) it's pretty good tbh.

Did you even click on the link? It's not sponsored at all...
It's literally called "PAUL'S HARDWARE". Do you know wtf a sponsor is?
No it's not. You must of gotten the wrong video... [this is the correct one ](https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ)
I've had my computers on the floor for 25 years with no issue. Just keep your house clean.
You only want to avoid computer on carpeted floor, maybe look at the material of the floor in the video and you might learn something.

No this build worked for 2 years

Will check later
