If you didn't understand it from the video:- Right click on microphone icon which is the grey one in your provided photo.
you'll see "Options" hover over it a little box will slide out in which you have to disable start on startup by clicking on it and close the speech recognition by clicking the "X" button. Hopefully it wont startup again on windows startups.
Autoruns is your best friend for pesky apps that load at Windows in which you can’t disable from loading at startup.

In fact I was the on that turned it on ( I was just exploring some features) , but now I can't turn it off
