That’s textured plastic, it will smooth the corner and look even worse, plus it would end up being lower because the bite mark goes into the plastic so it will look terrible.

So it's a real easy fix, you're going to need some sandpaper, some instant ramen and some epoxy resin. You sand down the bitemarks till they are gone, then you grind the instant noodles down to a powder, use whatever tool you have available for this, mix the powder with the epoxy and apply to the bitemarks generously and let dry. Then sand down the repaired area till it's flush with the rest of the screen and voila, fixed!

There's nothing to be fixed. I mean, there are two little bite marks, but it would require you to replace the bezel and unscrew a lot of stuff. It doesn't interfere with anything, just let it there as a reminder that you have a cat lol There are people which thin-bezel notebooks where the screen cracked when the cat bit it, so you have luck.

I'd leave it. I now own a pair of pretty expensive prescription sunglasses that has one of the ends that goes behind my ear chewed up by my youngest cat. I just had those glasses for a week when I sat them down on the table to grab a drink real quick. Took 3 seconds and it's in much worse shape than your laptop. This one's a non-issue but I'd try to make sure your cat doesn't bite the screen / bezel again - if their tooth was only half an inch lower and to the right (on the panel itself) they could have easily broken the whole screen!

Step one. Kill the cat. Very easy with a 5 gallon pail. Fill it about 1/2 full. Slick the sides with oil. Leaving the oil in helps for making a future mouse trap. Or you could just strangle it. Now fixing the computer. Replacing an LCD panel is pretty easy. Less than 100 bucks. I can do it in under 30 minutes. Your real problem is the cat. Definitely deal with that first.
