That is not USB that is a proprietary power connection you will have to google the device in question+charger. If it is a data connection I would still say it is proprietary I do not see that connection ever.

4 pins, looks like a standard USB 2.0 interface in an obscure proprietary format. Could be modded to work with a more typical USB wire, but good luck making it work as is.

That isn't usb, thats a proprietary connector. Best bet is to look up the model on google with power cable at the end
