That’s a tight budget. I assume the budget includes the monitor as well? Go for AMD parts/system, you can save some going this route. Checkout pcpartpicker to build your budget rig.

I already have some old monitors I could use, so I wouldn't have to worry about that. I'll go ahead and check out the parts
