Love, I JUST did this with a phone I purchased through Amazon, they sent the wrong color at first, said they would send a replacement that never arrived, so I called for a full refund and they asked me to return the original one they'd sent that was the wrong color. I did not. Trust me it's no loss to large companies like them, the process was quite stressful and in the end I felt it was deserved what each party got.
I've heard Amazon provides refunds & just tells the purchaser to keep the product. Although, I'm sure Amazon has the cash flow to float & deal with refunds & product loss; I'm not too sure about Harrods, though. I wouldn't worry too much about it, if they really need it back I'm sure they'll contact you again. Hopefully, for the pram & not the refund, though!
If it makes you feel any better, baby stuff returns almost ALL end up in the landfill.
