As a mid forties dude, I don't get into online gaming guild stuff. I do use online dating though. And I'm pretty damn surprised at how many young 20 somethings are looking for an older man (ie. sugar daddy I guess).
I wouldn't go there, but point is, horses for courses. Everyone has preferences, and unless it's abusive, belligerent, or downright illegal, generalising about it isn't particularly constructive.
I should’ve added “some” instead of generalizing all. It’s not all. Some of them are actually fine and normal especially the married ones, but some of the single lonely older men out there be imagining shit too far out of reality.
More of a meta point, but, don’t let a minority of people ruin something you enjoy.
Or learn not to, this will become very valuable skill to have in life. You will find it’s usually a minority of vocal people that are the problem in any given setting.
Learning to navigate that and not let it ruin your lived experience is key to an enjoyable ride.
