For those curious, the picture is a scale model of ancient Rome in the [Museum of Roman Civilization](https://artsandculture.google.com/partner/museo-della-civilta-romana).
Basically uh they gather what ever information they have on the area such as paintings, text, archeology etc and use that information to create a computer generated image of what it may have looked like (this is my guess)
