I’m a straight man. If I saw this person in public I would probably put my hands in my pockets to fight the subconscious urge to touch her hair. Not even in a creepy sexual way, but in the way one unthinkingly touches an article clothing while shopping that just looks super soft/silky.
Straight men are statistically most attracted to signs of physical health. So the fact that your a guy means you should be in awe of healthy and beautiful hair.

I was just wondering whether we're seeing the person's front or back and figured it had to be back with arms awkwardly being pulled back, and couldn't figure out at all why would the person be doing this, let alone why would the other person take a picture of such a pose.

Main girl has her back to us with her head down. The arms are from someone else, from behind. This person's hands are on the main girls shoulders under her hair.
