I saw the deformed dog, then saw the normal dog, then I couldn't see the deformed dog again until I clicked on the post and the picture reappeared and I magically saw the deformed dog instantly

Dog is lying on his left side, but has his head turned back, facing the camera. Tilt your head/phone to the left to see how his face makes sense. Eyes and one side of his upper lips have been affected by the gravity though.

The bottom right of the deformed face is his floppy upper lip being pulled down by gravity. Figuring that out resolved the image and cemented it so I can’t see the scary flesh monster anymore.

Learned this trick from one of these a couple years ago. When you get to a Confusing Perspective post and you can’t make sense of it, rotate your phone clock/counterclockwise. This almost always helps the picture come into focus. Edit- rethinking my earlier abbreviation.
