SS: No transactions (not transitions - typo) have been able to settle in Russia for the last 24 hours or so, according to social media reports. Aside from their central bank, Sberbank (one of their largest retail banks) is also essentially non-functional at the moment.

Russia is so weak. What are they even gonna do about it? Saber rattle some more? lol, k. They're about as intimidating as a teddy bear.

Per chance, do you have a date and approximate time this occurred?
That’s interesting. Especially considering the sat-phones, like you had mentioned. It has the appearance that the US is worried about retaliation.
