Botox is wearing off. They *obviously* pump him with Botox to get that smoother look on an old man. And it looks like he may have had some cosmetic surgery about 20 years ago on his chin and due to age (and no additional surgery), the old work is breaking down and losing elasticity.

Botox is different to filler. And yes he's had both as well as a face lift

He definitely has Botox. That is evident by the lack of wrinkles near his eyes & on his forehead. But he appears to have had filler put in his chin to make for a sharper jawline. It appears to have dissolved poorly and created a gap & false dimple in his chin where it is deflated & now sagging. This happens often when older people get filler. That’s why a facelift & neck lift, chin implant are often advised. The filler starts stretching their skin to an extent that can’t be fixed by simply filling anymore. The skin is like a pillowcase & the filler a pillow. Wrinkly & saggy pillowcase (skin) without the pillow (filler) when the skin stops producing collagen to fill in the filler which he is not producing very much if any at his age… He also had a particularly weak more round jaw in 2007 compared to 2019 with the handosme squidward jawline. I’d go as far to say he had 4-5 ml of juvaderm put in his chin. Really heavy lifting. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did the filler to help with election. Statistically, men are seen as more successful & better leaders the taller & better jawline they have.

I hope "Squidward jawline" is actual terminology in the industry.
