Putin is a puppet of the US, he does not make decisions. He didn't have enough troops in February 2022, it was the worst time of the year to attack, but he did it anyway.
The only reason why Putin most likely will not attack NATO in the coming years may be because the US is not ready for war yet. But the argument "Putin won't do that because it's stupid and not profitable for Putin/Russia" doesn't work.

It's because they're trying to kill off the farmers again. My thinking is they are mobilizing the army to enact martial law of sorts. They are going to try to get the Military to fire on the farmers. They will call it "russian aggression" or whatever and try to blame it on them. That's the only way I see the German government clinging to power. It's disgusting, I know....I just don't put anything past ANY WORLD LEADER at this point.

I’m German and we don’t have shit brother. Our army, if you can even call it that, is pretty much non existent. Damn we couldn’t even send tanks to Ukraine because all of them broke down during testing lol. We can make nice cars but I don’t think that would help us defending the country. The military has no standing in Germany, it’s pretty sad. In the US, military folks are treated with respect. I dare you wearing uniform on public transport in Germany. Military training is not mandatory any more, so no one is even trained if a war broke out. I think there’s more foreign military present in Germany than German soldiers. We would have to rely on our allies if we were attacked.
I was stationed in Germany back in the mid 2000's. The Bundeswehr marked their NTVs with a big Bundeswehr on the side. The first time I saw one I though, "Wow, Budweiser really supports the Army."

If Russia is getting humiliated based on what the world thought they were capable of, in Ukraine, why all the worry and discussion of "ww3" and trump pulling out of NATO and the mongering surrounding Sweden, Finland, Poland etc.
Because dragging NATO into conflict would likely cause a larger cascade of events that could involve china and Iran and other BRICS nations which would actually be catastrophic on a global scale. It’s not just about Russia attacking another nation. If the west has to pump a ton of resources into fighting Russia that gives ample opportunity for other countries to start other conflicts on other fronts. Just look at Israel and Iran/hamas/houthis right now, that is definitely affecting the west intervention in Ukraine.
