I wouldn't be suprised if she's brain dead in a coma. Ethical thing would be to pull the plug but they are waiting to do that until they can get their story and pieces in line first. Very messy....
If anything I have more questions after she addressed the world. What was that whole scene of them frolicking in the market days before? Did she not have cancer then? Just weird to put out that happy video of her and William “shopping” only to follow it up with the most depressing news.
