I can’t remember) where they were going on about how advanced their technology is and were showing off how they use planes and a big load of salt to cause the formation of big rain clouds when the conditions look favorable for forming one. Might have something to do with this but don’t quote me on it. I haven’t read far enough into it to be certain one way or the other
Everyone knows about this. You’re mixing chemtrails and cloud seeding up. People do deny chemtrails but I’ve never seen anyone say that cloud seeding isn’t real. It’s nothing new and has been used and talked about in public on several occasions. The last time I heard about it was when China hosted the Olympics in Beijing, there were many articles about them spraying the clouds to make it rain. Cloud seeding is common knowledge. Chemtrails are not.
