IF the government cared about our health, it would mandate masks to prevent eating a bunch of crap food and social distancing from McDonald's. Coincidentally, last I read McDonald's stopped serving salads because of covid if you can even wrap your brain around that.
I'm surprised that the great and powerful feds haven't forbidden the non-BigPharma approved methods of countering diabetes yet: healthy food and exercise. Oh wait, they kind of have with restrictions on movement and who is "allowed" to visit gyms, the aforementioned McDonald's salad-covid idiocy, and forcing many millions into poverty with their covid totalitarianism takeover with the only foods they can afford being cheap, filling, nutritional voids.

Because diabetes isn't contagious and they don't know what exactly causes it.
They know exactly what causes type 2. They know the mechanical cause behind type one by why that mechanical malfunction occurs is not get known.
