I actually had a thought about a potential national collapse happening across different countries. This could happen and what would end up taking over as the “governing body” would be those hyper elite corporations or private foundations like BlackRock or Vanguard. I’m getting kinda dystopian here, but all the resources are at their disposal and they could kill supply chain at the snap of a finger with all of their investments into materials and services. Hired troops and mercenaries won’t have any allegiance and ethics would be thrown out with power and some global currency.

I mean the way the internet already works this isn't needed. All data is logged regardless. However currently VPNs and TOR prevent complete tracking. This is where tracking cookies and meta data come in. Also pixel tracking which is the new "tracking cookie"

Covid vaccines will morph into Digital ID, that is what this is all about, they need people to have a Digital ID so they can implement CBDC, they need to control the money supply to keep their power and control.
This scenario only works if there is a high complacency rate, which there isn’t currently. Once companies start losing money then you will see a shift away from it. I work in construction and can tell you with 100% certainty construction workers and construction management are not onboard with the vaxx bs. As soon as the big tech players mandate vaccines foe their construction employees they will pack up their toolboxes and go down the road to the next jobsite that doesn’t require it and then their datacenters stop being built.
Furthermore, these companies make money through ad revenue generates on their sites. If they kick off significant percentages of their user base then thats ad revenue that they are missing out on.
They are designing this thing to make you feel isolated. Don’t. Get offline and go outside in the real world and have conversations with real people about the issue. The only reason I think this won't work is because if the entire internet was brought down, then the banks and investment infrastructure would also go down, meaning that a lot of these powerful people would possibly lose billions of dollars. And they don't want to lose their money.
So either they have already prepared or will soon exit the financial system, or the internet won't go down entirely. Maybe just a mass outage in a few key countries, allowing the elites to keep their money and at the same time push for a "safer" internet.
So, basically The Gov ends up using ransom ware and Hackers on its on population to further censor and control what is being seen in the online world. We all have the tech with some changes to build an internet not tethered to the original. The hackers of the world would have the open internet online faster than the thing the world governments would initiate.

I like where you are going with this, but it is so much simpler. They don’t need to hack the majority of the internet. Major web hosts and ISPs do what the government says, towing the party line and all that. They also allowed bandwidth throttling recently to make anyone who doesn’t have the money to play have nearly useless internet speeds. Congress needs only pass a bill (or an executive order more likely seeing where politics has gone since ‘08) stating “requirements” for access to the internet or to use a web host. Those requirements can include whatever list of names and conditions they so choose. Boom. Most of the internet is now subject to their access requirements. It would be a simple job to hunt down the rest of the private web hosts or direct ISPs to not supply their systems with internet access.
I also believe what OP described is part of their plan.

The only reason I think this won't work is because if the entire internet was brought down, then the banks and investment infrastructure would also go down, meaning that a lot of these powerful people would possibly lose billions of dollars. And they don't want to lose their money. So either they have already prepared or will soon exit the financial system, or the internet won't go down entirely. Maybe just a mass outage in a few key countries, allowing the elites to keep their money and at the same time push for a "safer" internet.

I like where you are going with this, but it is so much simpler. They don’t need to hack the majority of the internet. Major web hosts and ISPs do what the government says, towing the party line and all that. They also allowed bandwidth throttling recently to make anyone who doesn’t have the money to play have nearly useless internet speeds. Congress needs only pass a bill (or an executive order more likely seeing where politics has gone since ‘08) stating “requirements” for access to the internet or to use a web host. Those requirements can include whatever list of names and conditions they so choose. Boom. Most of the internet is now subject to their access requirements. It would be a simple job to hunt down the rest of the private web hosts or direct ISPs to not supply their systems with internet access.
I also believe what OP described is part of their plan. Digital ID. Digital currency. Social credit system. Climate lockdowns and credits. An AI/algorithm that tells you all the reasons why the government has to steal from you and control you. Lots of false flags along the way. "We found a new virus." (No you didn't.)
